It’s well packed, very easy to move it around even by just one person. It expanded quickly after unboxing and didn’t have a strong smell like some other mattresses I’ve tried. The comfort level is just right, supportive but still soft enough to feel cozy. It doesn’t sink too much, and I don’t wake up with back pain anymore. It also isolates motion really well, so if you share the bed, you won’t feel every little movement. For the price, the quality is surprisingly good. This is the perfect mattress for my daughter. The value is awesome for what you get. Comfort is outstanding and I love the firmness. It's soft and you o it. This mattress is very comfortable and a little more firm then I expected it to be it has a small plush feel but to me it is very very firm on the harder side of firm to me. I would’ve liked something a little softer but it will due for now. It arrived a week early. There is no noise or movement to the other person when someone moves or tosses and turns. It reminds me of a hotel bed how when you first get in it it’s soft but then the foam lines up with your body parts. It expanded very fast and was easy to put on the bed. I will say I got the 14 inch and it is so heavy when putting sheets on and lifting my husband or daughter always has to help me so be mindful of that if you get the 14 inch.
