so when i ordered this, i did get the product, but it did not come with any of the hardware. i tried to contact the company and they took a while to get a hold of but eventually got there. it also came with some random pieces and no instructions. besides that after we got it all together, it's been about 6 months and this bad boy is holding strong. i'm 5'11 about 250 pounds and no noise, and i don't feel like it's too tall or short. i'm also 8 months pregnant and it's really nice to get in and out of. my only complaint is that the bars underneath don't have any sort of grip, so i'm constantly having to push the mattress back up against the wall. maybe some Velcro tape for that? i just haven't done it. i also fit quite a bit of stuff underneath and its really spacey. the frame is pretty sturdy overall. ... show more
