The first chair we received had a piece of a broken wood sticking out the back which made me very nervous to rock my toddler in the chair. I reached out to the seller and they immediately offered a replacement or refund without having to send the original back, because boy that would have been a pain on a half assembled rocking chair! I was very pleased with their handling of it. The chair is nice and wide, very sturdy, and looks great. For an inexpensive rocking chair it's totally worth it.

The first rocking chair we received was damaged, however quickly after contacting customer service a replacement chair was sent to us. We received the new chair in good condition and assembly was very simple. It looks great in the nursery, I feel it sits sturdy and rocks smoothly. Overall it was a good purchase.

I bought this rocking chair for a nursery. The chair is really cute, large, and was easy to assemble. Some of the reviews mention that it’s a little too big but I am 5’9” and it is just fine for me on its own or with a pouf. It’s pretty wide and super comfortable! My only complaint is that after just a month or so of use, the whole back of the chair creaks pretty loudly when you rock which can get annoying when you’re trying to rock your baby to sleep. Overall I think it was a great purchase, especially for the price, and I would highly recommend it.

Love this rocker! Bought it for my newborns nursery and love how large it is. Since it’s a good size it’s easy for me to nurse him in the chair or just curl up on the chair when he’s in his crib. Also seems really sturdy with a great design. Has a side pocket which is great to hold a book, cell phone or snacks. Only downside for me with the size is that I’m pretty short and can barely touch the floor when I’m on the chair so I wish it came with an ottoman.

This chair looks great in my daughter's nursery and is fairly comfortable. We loved it...until we started using it. First the back started squeaking. You could wiggle it around and get it to stop. Then the crossbar on the rockers came less and scratched up the sides. At this point, I contacted the seller who suggested I use wood glue to hold it in place. No suggestion on the horrendous squeaking that wakes up my baby when I try to get up. I resign myself to tightening it every couple weeks or so. Then the seat ends up with a very obvious butt divet. Now it shimmies side to side when you shift in it. I threaten to throw it away on the regular, but I'm too annoyed by the money wasted on it so I keep trying to make it work. We're 5 months in now and I'll be shocked if this makes it to a year. Spend a little more and get something better quality unless you're buying this strictly for aesthetics. This chair is a worthless piece of junk.

Overall the chair is Ok. Initially it was sent to us with no hardware, but their customer service was super fast to respond and delivered the hardware within 3 days. Unlike some of the other reviews, we had an easy time assembling the chair (all of the holes lined up perfect). -The chair is cute, but it is not comfortable. The backing is nice and padded, however, the actual seat is pretty hard foam. -arm rests are at a good height, not too short, so you can actually rest your elbows on them. - Backrest height is a little shallow (I’m only 5’6”). Not super great for someone with a long torso and not so long legs. My husband (who is 5’9”) doesn’t have this problem as much because his back is a little bit shorter.
