We tried a broad range of positions on it together and thoroughly tested it. It held up great. The removable slipcover takes a bit of squishing to put on and take off. It's soft and smooth. Wish there was a way to buy extra slipcovers. I have a cat so that is a concern. I found a twin-size fitted sheet fits well over it when only in casual use to keep fur off of it. Pulls off quickly when needed. I'd buy another in a heartbeat. I'd also buy an assortment of slipcovers in an instant too if they were offered. I sent a message to my bro to just buy one for his wife and thank me later.😉. I'd say the same to anyone. Can't go wrong for the price. I was expecting a 'large' piece of furniture to be delivered as pictured. In reality it was a "small', discrete cardboard box. It's a dense foam material, vacuum packed and expands to full size quickly. The slipcover goes on fairly easily too. Within a few minutes it ready for a workout. ENJOY!!! ... show more

The chair is a nice size, super comfortable and light weight so it’s not difficult to relocate around the house. The cover is easy to remove and wash. This gets all the right angles and is pretty sturdy. It doesn’t slide much when in use either which is great! This is exactly what we hoped it would be and for an amazing price compared to the ones we originally saw that made us want one. The height is good for us and it truly does feel good to just lay in and pop your back If I was going to complain, I would say that it slides around all over the place. You need to make sure you can push it up against a wall or the bed lest it slide around the room. Overall, worth the money! Very nice chair, sturdy foam material. However, too low and too narrow. Unable to return so I’m working on building some type of platform. I’m 5’11, hubby is 6’2, definitely not for tall people.

I have looked at the liberator product since it came out. I could never justify the price. I had never heard of Avana before, but the price was right. I decided to surprise the wife. I noticed the shipping came from Georgia, but didn't think too much of it. The product arrived and was exited to get the chair set up. I enrolled and it immediately started inflating. That is when I noticed a tag on it. The logo looked familiar... there in black and white "Liberator". SCORE! So, if we want a new cover, no problem. We enjoy the lounger immensely. The expectations were clear and met. It’s our new favorite lounger! It is not heavy but it is sturdy and holds our weight easily. We have found that it helps take pressure off joints and gentler on the lower back. I’m 5’2”, he’s 5’6” (or 5’8”) and, although we were worried that it would be too low, the dimensions work for us. The chaise is also light enough to move around, as needed. It might be slightly overpriced but, we didn’t have to wait for delivery. I admit to being practical, pragmatic, and frugal. We wanted to test out this lounger (at this price point) to determine if we needed a more expensive model/brand. After a few ‘yoga’ sessions, we are *ahem* quite satisfied. (no need for a pricer version) There is a lot of magnificent things to explore with this chaise! It promotes the experimentation of different ways to move the body, helps increase relaxation & openness, and supports the body in different positions with your partner.
