AWFUL PRODUCT - don't buy it. We only had it for 1 month, used maybe 4 times and the drive shaft broke. We called the manufacturer as told to do, and the first two times was hung up on after waiting over an hour to speak to someone. The third time we did get a person and was sent the link to the ONLY repair person in our town - we did check with two other repair people and they wouldn't touch it and said it was really a cheap product and VERY hard to get parts for. We contacted the only repair person and he confirmed really hard to get parts that's why only one service company would even agree to service this lawn mower. Horrible customer service on this product and would never deal with this company again - BEWARE! ... show more

AWFUL!!!! 300.00 for USED CRAP.! Bag falls off of lawn mower and I trip and fell in gravel!!!? Didn't know it was used!!! Didn't say it was!!!! Had no idea bag would fall off! Piece of crap lawnmower!!!!!!!!!! Could have been seriously injured when it fell off and I fell 8n the gravel by the lawn!!!! ... show more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Wanted a self propelled mover. The cover partially melted after second time using it. The cover screws on top fell out, and had to be replaced, screw are too short. It rattle too much Cuts great however
