I’ve been using the boric acid suppositories for two months now and deliberately waited to post a review so I could give you the most authentic experience. Bottom line: total game changer. Like many have said here, it does exactly what it promises. I honestly can’t believe I spent years dealing with repetitive discomfort, and not one doctor ever recommended these. I guess Big Pharma can’t make money off something this simple, huh? Thank goodness for ChatGPT—that’s how I even discovered these good girls. I followed the instructions to a T for my first treatment, and within a day (if not sooner), I felt instant relief. No more itching, no more odor. Boom. Just like that. I personally recommend using the suppository applicator wands. I find the deeper I can insert it, the better the result. That said, I’ve used my fingers too, and that works just fine—so totally up to you. Let me be clear: I’m a super hygienic person. My lifestyle has me showering multiple times a day, I use Zum soap (none of that bogus “feminine” wash nonsense), and I never wash inside the folds—just the outer parts. I’m not a medical professional, but there's enough info out there explaining how soaps can mess up your pH balance. I also use high-quality body oils for fragrance, and people compliment me daily on how good I smell. So yeah, I take pride in staying fresh—which made it extra frustrating to have any kind of off odor coming from my most sacred region. I do have a husband, and we have a lot of, well… adult fun. From what I’ve read, sperm can throw off pH, and honestly, that’s the only thing I can think of as the culprit. Now that I’ve got the initial infection under control, I do a weekly maintenance dose—every Sunday before bed, I pop in a capsule. It feels amazing not to be uncomfortable or embarrassed anymore. So please, do yourself a favor. If you struggle with BV or unexplained itchiness, stop suffering and give these a try. I swear it will change how you feel about your lady bits. Added bonus? I think I should post this because I believe it will help tons of women.. I have been diagnosed with recurring bv for years since I was 18. I am now 25 and I have had horrible effects from the prescribed anti biotics. I have recently suffered metronidazole/Flagyl toxicity so I was looking for a more holistic, non oral consumption. My bv symptoms are typically bad odor, heavy discharge, itching, pain during intercourse, and just super uncomfortable feeling. I insert one of the capsules, by hand, before I go to bed. Maybe sure to wear a pad or panty liner bc it can get messy. Honestly you can physically see it working. The capsule dissolved and pulls out the discharge with it! And you will notice results in Little as one day. I use it about 3 times a week when I have bv, and once a week just as a pre caution or if I’m going to be having a lot of sex lol. It restores my ph. The smell is gone, and honestly I’m confident. For years. I would have to go months avoiding sex bc I was so embarrassed and I struggled to find anything that worked or actually really kept the bv away until I tried this. I’ve tried apple cider vinegar douches, garlic cloves, honestly you name it I was desperate. Its honestly a life savor. I really think it would be good for yeast infections too, though I haven’t had any need for that yet. My boyfriend has even gotten more adventurous in the bedroom now bc all my symptoms are gone!! I cannot take antibiotics anymore due to my toxicity so I’m really happy I found this. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is bc it can be dangerous if you are pregnant and can result in an early miscarriage. So just be careful :)

My whole life I was never interested or thought I would ever need or use boric acid! I thought it was some strong stuff that wld ABSOLUTELY irritate ME… Recently after my period, my ph threw odor off.. this is the 1st brand I tried based off reviews & praise God no issues!!!! I only used for 2 days each month & don’t need any more days personally but maybe follow the instructions…I also don’t use at night & minimal leakage in pad so that means good absorption…After process is complete, your completely cleared out from any yeast and odorless, like magic… This can probably be addictive to someone who gets thrown off often , cus it works so well lol don’t get dependent ladies.., But definitely keep a bottle of this. ! *chefs kiss. This & slippery elm, Thank me later. Worth the $.
