Okay, so in 2020, I began experiencing some feminine troubles. And I had never experienced anything like this before, and this was all new to me and I didn’t like it, so I made an effort to try everything. But nothing worked for me. I tried ACV baths, probiotics, and the RepHresh gel, but they didn’t
work; it would just reappear. I became desperate, discouraged, and embarrassed. Other times, as a woman, I would feel nasty. And I'm sure many women can relate to what I’m saying. So I began doing a lot of research to figure out what other women used that helped them. And I kept seeing these specific boric acid suppositories and how much they helped so many other women. So I just knew I had to have them after hearing how great they worked. I noticed a difference the first time I used it. I began to feel secure and free to be myself again. Although it stopped what was happening faster than everything else I tried and cleared up everything I was concerned about in regards to the issues I was having, it wasn’t the cure. I still noticed that it would return, and I would have to use it again for it to go away again. So, though it worked, it was ultimately a temporary fix. After doing some more research, someone suggested doing it for about a week on a consistent basis. I tried it, and it did hold it down for a while, but it did return. I still swore by these suppositories since they seemed to be the only thing that helped me at the time. But eventually I went to my obgyn to actually see what was going on, and they confirmed what it was. When I told my obgyn what I was using to help, she advised that it wasn’t a good idea to do it because boric acid was originally meant to kill roaches. She ended up placing me on antibiotics and medication to treat me for what I had going on, and nothing has come back since. My point is that this product definitely works but can affect every woman differently. This may work perfectly fine for some women and fix your issue the first time. For others, this may simply be a cover-up for something that requires a visit to the obgyn. I recommend actually seeing a doctor and getting to the bottom of what’s wrong so you don’t have to continuously put something inside you for something that can be handled one time. However, if this is your only option for now, then these are just fine, along with prebiotics and probiotics. And NO unprotected sex where the man does his thing inside of you, as this can throw off your PH. Also, avoid leaving your pad on for too long while on your menstrual cycle due to the fact that period blood is alkaline and raises your ph. So, if you leave it on for too long, your vagina becomes less acidic, causing you to smell. It may also generate a lot of bacteria and make you smell much worse. But long story short, it does work.
