This mini chain saw is great for use on young saplings. For use on larger branches it tends to get a little warm so I just take a break and do other jobs and take small bites at the larger ones. Really no problem. This is a great purchase. I bought it again as a gift for someone who tried using it and loved it. I am about to buy it for another friend who said she always wanted one of them and has helped me in getting my house ready to sell. I live this thing! Cuts through branches and is easy to handle. You don’t have to be big and string to side it. I had a little wispy Lourdes of branch get stuck in the chain. No big deal, I took out the battery and loosened one nut. Then pulled branch out and realigned chain on wheel and track. Just like our old bike chains. I put cover and nut back on!
