Packing was proper with a double walled corrugated board. The radiator was shrink sealed to an internal cardboard sheet. It arrived intact. Installation is installation. The dimensional fit was proper for all mounts and connections. I ran it for at least a half hour while bleeding air. It has been 4 days now since installation and I detect no leaks. Very shotty quality!!! DO NOT BUY!!!! you will have to manually flare the 2 trans cooler fittings!! at first I thought it was defective until the tube completely popped off the threaded collar when I started the car to top off the trans. Just get one at autozone and pay the extra $

Excellent replacement for the original OEM radiator, However box had serious damage from poor shipping, but radiator was far enough away from the cardboard box, so the damage was confined to the box.

The radiator fit my 2007-2012 Lexus ES350 (with tow package). However, docking points for 2 main reasons: 1. Came dented on both sides and scratched up, which is weird because it seemed properly packaged, signifying that it was already like that when they shipped it out (possibly a return or something). 2. I received the package 3-5 days later than it was promised, which really messed up the timing of everything for me.
