This radiator is an excellent replacement - the size and shape are almost exactly the same as the original, so there was no problem swapping it out. However, the transmission line fittings on the radiator are not fully tightened, so the fittings must be fully tightened before connecting the transmission line to prevent transmission fluid leaks. ... show more

This radiator fit the 2003 Chevy Trailblazer I put it in perfectly, and it also wasn't paper thin, like the one I had ordered before it.

Fit 2003 trailblazer perfectly. No issues with the install. Make sure to tighten the transmission line mounts before the install.

    • Make sure the fittings are tight
I was happy to see that the radiator had a petcock built into it, as my old one didn't have one. However, the fittings for the ATF cooler lines weren't tight, so I lost a bit of ATF fluid figuring this out. Also, the neck on top is different than my stock radiator (04 envoy).     • Radiator cap does not fit.
As the title says, the cap will not fit inside the neck. Thought it might have been an issue with the new cap, however the old one does the same thing. There is no way to message the seller so I will be contacting Amazon. $550 in labor wasted. Now I am going to have to pay another $550 bill to have a replacement radiator installed and I am still without a vehicle. Would have been cheaper to pay more money up front and get an OEM radiator.
