To restore your vehicle's factory cooling efficiency, all TYC radiators are equivalent to OE construction for number and placement of fluid tubes and cooling fins. For those radiators with transmission oil coolers, the tanks are molded using heat-resistant, high-density polymer plastic for added protection against extreme engine temperatures. Each TYC radiator is leak-tested before leaving the factory to ensure consistent quality.

  • Great product and perfect fit. Went right in!
Arrived in great shape. Very good packaging. I installed it today in my 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan 3.3 liter V6. No problems and no leaks. I went ahead and got the two-year warranty, but even so I saved $110 over the cheapest radiators at my local parts stores. Even adding new hoses and a high-end $25 thermostat, I saved $330 over the lowest shop bid I got. Appears to be very good quality and a well-built replacement for the failed factory unit. FYI - comes with a bar across the top which I removed with just four bolts... apparently for earlier model years. I had to take and re-use two small clips and cap off the old radiator, and the top and side rubber shields, but other than that this was complete. All the tools I needed were #10 and #13 sockets, knife for removing old hoses, phillips screwdriver, slotted screwdriver for removing and opening plastic fasteners, and channel lock pliers. There is a great video on YouTube which walks you through the entire process. ... show more

  • Recommended!!!! 2006 Chrysler Town and Country Limited Perfect Fit
Fit our 2006 Town and Country Limited perfectly. Easy to Install (be sure to remove the extra universal part you don't need) We ordered another one on Amazon, it was slightly cheaper, and it arrived in a box with no padding and had flopped around in the box all the way from New York to Florida and had even put holes in all sides of the box. Needless to say the plastic brackets were broken. So we paid a little more and ordered this one and it arrived in a box twice as thick, with professional padding on every corner and it did not move in the box and was perfect. So much cheaper and it was the same thing that came out of my van. Could not tell the difference between it and the OEM one. Been in for a few months now and no issues! ... show more

  • Fits 2006 Town and County with modification
Need to cut off the metal pegs from the top in order to install the radiator, other than that it's a perfect fit. Easy to install and held pressure.

  • Bad radiator
I bought two. One is still going strong but one of them leaked after several months. I tried contacting TYC but got no response. I replaced it and I guess I'll take the TYC unit to the recycling center.

  • A perfect fit. I can't ask more than that
A perfect fit. I can't ask more than that. Total install time was 45 min to remove the old and install the new. Drain radiator and remove disconnect overflow hose Remove the top vanity cover and top core supports Remove the top radiator hose from radiator side unbolt and remove the cooling fans Unbolt the hood latch and set aside Slide the A/C condenser up to dislodge from the radiator (a little wiggling and maneuvering is required to get it just right. Disconnect the lower radiator hose remove the radiator Install in the reverse. The hardest part is the A/C condenser. It is held by clips molded into the radiator end caps. It requires positioning the radiator into the correct position and with just the right amount of upward pressure on the condenser for separate them and to put them back together. Works great ... show more

  • TYC radiator does the job
I had bought this radiator back in 2018 for my Chrysler minivan after the original radiator started to leak from the seam. I had no issues with it at all. Due to no fault of the radiator, I had to replace it again. Evidently exploding cooling fans are a thing with these vans after say 150k miles or so. Cooling fan blade cracked and exploded and cut through the radiator. Again, no fault of the radiator, was still working great. So another new one, new fan assembly and van is back working again. It is a quality built product and worth the money. ... show more

  • Trash quality
Bought this may of 2023 because TYC is supposed to be a decent brand Didn't even last 1 year, leaking in at least 7 spots where the aluminum fin cross tube meets the aluminum side already I did a professional fluid flush and replacement,,with new hoses and radiator cap when i put this in our 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan bottom of the barrel low quality!! DO NOT BUY !! unless yoju want to be doing this job again sooner then later and wasting more money!! This why i NEVER give a review right away when they ask for one right after the sale...you can't tell the quality of something until it's been in use for a while ... show more

  • Fantastic, even though first one was broke
The first one turned out to have a cracked tank. Bummer, but even bunnies die brand new sometimes. The packaging was great and no damage to the box. The second radiator was fantastic and both of them were delivered a day earlier than expected! Totally painless return and replacement process. The radiator itself seems well built, equal to the original, and comes with everything needed except the little clip nuts that hold the fan shroud on and a radiator cap. (Be sure and replace the cap, they are a wear item and do go bad. New radiator or new thermostat, get a new cap!) Much better than some suppliers. The fit was perfect in my 2006 Grand Caravan. For an inexperienced mechanic with basic tools, this is maybe a three hour job. A pro can probably do it in half that. Being a former pro and not in a big hurry, it was about a two hour job for me. That includes draining and refilling. All in all, I'm very happy, especially with the end result of getting a bad one first. This kind of service will bring me back again! Thanks Amazon and thanks to the supplier of this radiator (TYC??) ... show more
