To restore your vehicle's factory cooling efficiency, all TYC radiators are equivalent to OE construction for number and placement of fluid tubes and cooling fins. For those radiators with transmission oil coolers, the tanks are molded using heat-resistant, high-density polymer plastic for added protection against extreme engine temperatures. Each TYC radiator is leak-tested before leaving the factory to ensure consistent quality.

  • Great product and perfect fit. Went right in!
Arrived in great shape. Very good packaging. I installed it today in my 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan 3.3 liter V6. No problems and no leaks. I went ahead and got the two-year warranty, but even so I saved $110 over the cheapest radiators at my local parts stores. Even adding new hoses and a high-end $25 thermostat, I saved $330 over the lowest shop bid I got. Appears to be very good quality and a well-built replacement for the failed factory unit. FYI - comes with a bar across the top which I removed with just four bolts... apparently for earlier model years. I had to take and re-use two small clips and cap off the old radiator, and the top and side rubber shields, but other than that this was complete. All the tools I needed were #10 and #13 sockets, knife for removing old hoses, phillips screwdriver, slotted screwdriver for removing and opening plastic fasteners, and channel lock pliers. There is a great video on YouTube which walks you through the entire process. ... show more

  • Fantastic, even though first one was broke
The first one turned out to have a cracked tank. Bummer, but even bunnies die brand new sometimes. The packaging was great and no damage to the box. The second radiator was fantastic and both of them were delivered a day earlier than expected! Totally painless return and replacement process. The radiator itself seems well built, equal to the original, and comes with everything needed except the little clip nuts that hold the fan shroud on and a radiator cap. (Be sure and replace the cap, they are a wear item and do go bad. New radiator or new thermostat, get a new cap!) Much better than some suppliers. The fit was perfect in my 2006 Grand Caravan. For an inexperienced mechanic with basic tools, this is maybe a three hour job. A pro can probably do it in half that. Being a former pro and not in a big hurry, it was about a two hour job for me. That includes draining and refilling. All in all, I'm very happy, especially with the end result of getting a bad one first. This kind of service will bring me back again! Thanks Amazon and thanks to the supplier of this radiator (TYC??) ... show more

  • Fits 2006 Town and County with modification
Need to cut off the metal pegs from the top in order to install the radiator, other than that it's a perfect fit. Easy to install and held pressure.

  • Works well.
Replaced my old radiator with this new one I've got from Amazon and do far works very well. At a bargain price compared to brick and mortar stores. Very well made and designed. Plug and play.

  • Quality Part. Straight forward install.
Radiator was shipped well packaged and arrived on time. Part is excellent quality. And installed like factory. For my 2005 Dodge Caravan I had to make an adjustment with top bracket. My van did not need it. I was easily removed with a couple screws. My guess is maybe the town & country or different years need that top bracket. Other than that. Install was straight forward. Dropped right in. All connects made easy. Add fluid. Your on your way. Very Happy with this product. I would recommend it to those in need of a good quality radiator. Thanks! ... show more

  • Faulty out of the box
2005 Dodge Grand Caravan 3.3L. Removed the old radiator. Installed this new one. Fit was good and as expected. Added coolant. Ran engine. Immediately started leaking from the core area once it heated up. Had to go to town and pay twice as much for another new radiator from auto parts store. AND had to uninstall/install all over again. Returned it as faulty. ... show more

  • A perfect fit. I can't ask more than that
A perfect fit. I can't ask more than that. Total install time was 45 min to remove the old and install the new. Drain radiator and remove disconnect overflow hose Remove the top vanity cover and top core supports Remove the top radiator hose from radiator side unbolt and remove the cooling fans Unbolt the hood latch and set aside Slide the A/C condenser up to dislodge from the radiator (a little wiggling and maneuvering is required to get it just right. Disconnect the lower radiator hose remove the radiator Install in the reverse. The hardest part is the A/C condenser. It is held by clips molded into the radiator end caps. It requires positioning the radiator into the correct position and with just the right amount of upward pressure on the condenser for separate them and to put them back together. Works great ... show more
