small. works. if you have cats and you dont own one of these or something similar then your cat used the toilet or you hate yourself. this is cheaper and smaller than the 600 dollar ones. there was thought put into the design, then engineers got to work making it a cheap as possible without killing you or your cat. like there is a fan in the hub that draws air in from the business end out the rear through a narrow passage that you fill with gel deodorizer. nice touch, it's probably ineffective but great idea. it's still worth every penny ... show more

Have had the litter box for about a week. It works well. One time the cover for the bag popped open on its own. I was home and able to fix it, but worry it will happen while I am gone and make a mess. Inhave two cats. Bags last about 2-3 days before needing changed (about 17 uses). My last littler box lasted 7 days so thats a disappointment. Litter bag is easy to change. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Worked great for the first couple months; Changed the litter and cleaned barrel for the first time after ordering it, continued to work great for a couple more weeks. topped up the litter and changed the bag and went about my business. Cat came and used it and all of a sudden it’s unable to turn back over after cleaning the litter. It starts making this load noise and try’s to roll over to release clean litter back into the bottom so cat can use it when ready and instead it goes back and forth never making the complete turn back over so the litter can be put back in the bottom. I’ve restarted it, unplugged it researched trouble shooting nothing is fixing this. So now I have a cat box that doesn’t self clean and is an inconvenience to manually scoop and now it’s past the window for a return. ... show more

The litter box arrived faster than anticipated. Unfortunately a piece was missing. However, the seller shipped me 2 pads instead of just 1. They shipped fast without issue. The litter box itself works great!!! Very Happy!! Highly recommend both the litter box and the seller!!
