  • FORM!! (and function). Looks great (works well)
Color: Retro Black
The media could not be loaded. Admittedly, this awesome, retro-looking, MCM'ish, swanky-vibe microwave was purchased primarily for its form. The black and gold version works PERFECTLY in our game room/hang-out area wet bar. It IS small (.7 cu ft) so it's built for warming small plates and un-tall beverages. See some of my measurements/pictures that show random objects for visual scale. The good thing about the size is that it is the depth of a standard overhead/wall cabinet- right at 12", so it doesn't awkwardly protrude and allows amply counter space to prep/place/manipulate food and drinks. NOTE: the paper plate is 8-1/2" in diameter and NO- I do NOT microwave my beer (or my water). It's only 700 watts so you're not going to melt cheese in 10 seconds, but it is effective and heats as expected. Other than known and accepted limitations in size, everything feels fairly sturdy and works well. Knobs and buttons don't feel cheap and operation is relatively smooth and quiet. The only thing I would improve is perhaps a bit more door opening. You can see in one of the pictures that at full-open, it's maybe 95 degrees. Since the door swing is not changeable, depending on how you situate the microwave, the somewhat limited opening angle could make it difficult to get things in and out. ... show more

  • Its cute
Color: Black Pink
Its a nice microwave. The colors are done well. The controls are easy to use. Its quieter than most. Not a lot of unnecessary options to confuse the operator. My microwave use is pretty basic. Heat a frozen meal, reheat leftovers or coffee, and make popcorn or the occasional potato. This one fits the bill. ... show more

  • Compact, Stylish, and Perfect for Small Spaces
Color: Retro Black
The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using this Frigidaire 0.7 cu. ft. retro microwave for a while now, and it’s been a great addition to my space. It’s compact but still very functional, making it ideal for apartments, offices, guest rooms, or smaller kitchens where counter space matters. The retro design is a standout — it looks much more expensive than it is and adds a nice decorative touch without feeling gimmicky. Despite the smaller size, it heats food evenly and works well for everyday tasks like reheating meals, coffee, and quick snacks. The controls are simple and intuitive, and the door feels solid, not flimsy. Pros: • Stylish retro design that looks great on the counter • Compact size, perfect for small spaces • Heats evenly and performs reliably • Easy-to-use controls Cons: • Interior size is limited, so larger plates or containers may not fit • Not ideal if you frequently cook large portions Overall, this is an excellent microwave if you’re looking for something compact, dependable, and visually appealing. As long as you’re aware of the size limitations, it does exactly what it’s meant to do and does it well. ... show more

  • Sleek!
Color: Retro Black
Looks really sleek and fun for apartment living. It was really easy to program and get set up. It’s not super noisy while cooking which is a plus and it fits nicely on my microwave stand. For the price, I wish the handle was metal but other than that pretty satisfied with the purchase!

  • Great design, easy to disable that stupid child lock feature!
Color: Retro Black
- Great looking microwave. It does not feel premium with all the plastic parts but for this price point, I think it’s fair.
 - Quick guide sticker that was attached to microwave door was great. I hate child lock feature. I can go on and on as to why this is a terrible feature but Frigidaire made sure that I know how to disable this feature even before the first use. Explaining how to change time was also helpful for my wife.
 - You hit ‘Start’ button, which instantly starts the microwave at 30 seconds. This is great because a lot of other microwave I’ve used make me hit +30 button and Start button separately, which is 2 buttons. This model just add 30 sec & starts microwave with 1 push of a button. You add more time to it by rotating the knob, which adds 10 sec per click. It may sound weird but it feels natural and very satisfying to rotate that physical knob. I wish that I could have same functionality by pressing the knob rather than pressing ‘Start’ button.
 - This is part of the “retro” charm but it’s great to have all the physical buttons that provide proper tactile feedback. Flat touch panel that so many appliances use are just not very reliable since it’s so easy to press too lightly and not register, not to mention they seem to break more frequently. All the button has nice click to it. Overall very satisfied with the purchase. ... show more

  • Keep scrolling
Color: Blue
If I could leave zero stars I would. Already stopped working and I've had it less than 3 weeks. It still "runs" but doesn't heat anything up anymore. We barely used it, mostly to reheat cold cups of coffee. Also reheated leftovers half a dozen times and made baked potatoes once. You'll want to pay extra for the protection program, at that point you may as well get a better product. Super cute though. Perfect for a doll house that doesn't need it to function. ... show more

  • Fun and Bright
Color: Red
I love the look and size, works well. Simple to figure out. The color is more pinkish red than a tomato red but that's ok.

  • Good looking. Quick and easy to use.
Color: Red
Nice size. My son loves it for the ease of use. I bought the red one and it looks great on my counter. Worth every penny and then some.
