My only complaint was the opening where the food comes out. We feed our fish pellets and i couldn't get the opening right. It either released no pellets or too many for just 1 fish. A little larger than what I was expecting. Does it’s job. Using for flake food. Keeps the fish alive when I’m got but is inconsistent in the amount it delivers. Easy to setup and use. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the smallest setting to release food is large and drops a lot of food (too much) for our beta. I wiggled the gap smaller even though it was not an official size setting and it worked great and our fish did fine for the 5 days we were away. The media could not be loaded. We went on a 4 day trip-longest in a while. We have never used an automatic fish feeder so we tried this one. We put in batteries and setup 3 feeding times. For each time you setup how many times you want the feeder to go around. We tested it and found that 2 times would be great. We are still using it now to feed our fish while we are at work.
