I ordered the Ivation "EZ" Bed over a month ago. The mattress was supposed to be easy to inflate and deflate. Unfortunately, the mattress would not fully inflate as you can see from the pic. I contacted the manufacturer's tech support group to see if there was any way that I could resolve the issue or if someone could come to repair it. The tech support group told me to contact the seller even though the warranty should have been sufficient for the manufacturer to address the issue personally. I contacted the seller. Unfortunately, after several attempts, the seller - Dbroth (Please do not do business with them) - has refused to answer me. I received what appeared to be an automated response that they had a high volume of issues to address (red flag for sure) and would get back with me asap. Well, it's been over 30 days and I still have not gotten a response from them regarding the pickup of the defective product and my refund for over $400!!! I am very disappointed, to say the least! Please stay away from this product and the seller. I have asked Amazon to intervene but will likely file a complaint with the state as well. ... show more

just wish the top was not made with the divets. It was not comfortable to sleep on, at least for me. Then I would have to put a mattress topper on it. Defeats the purpose. In the future I will buy again when I also have more room to store it.

Bought two of the beds for camping. They are super easy to set up and we're quite comfortable. They will inflate to replace any lost air so they never feel too soft and the settings are adjustable for firmness to allow for a good night's sleep. Taking down was easy also. Make sure to tuck in the vinyl as it deflates so bed will fit nicely written zipped. The storage cover stays attached to the bed when inflated so when you're ready to deflate, plug it in, set to deflate, push the vinyl down slightly as it deflates, push the end up and zip up cover. The wheels on the bed also make transporting easy. Great purchase! ... show more

The concept of this bed is great i.e. easy inflation and deflation. These aspects work very well. However for us comfort was lacking. First, the mattress portion has deep "rows" running from head to toe of the bed. We are not large people however we kept feeling like we were sinking into the low areas even with a good mattress pad and a blanket under the bottom sheet. The other issue is the head and foot of the bed seem to be slightly lower than the center of the bed thus arching our backs up, especially when laying on your back. We really wanted this bed to work and even tried sleeping from both ends. Finally had to return it. ... show more

Really easy to set up, a little bit funky to take down (but no problems!)... I'm just hoping it lasts and the mechanisms don't die a quick death....
