This product works really well. The unit is built to last and easy to put together. Cleaning it was a breeze as well. The instructions were clear to setup as well. Customer service folks are very helpful. We have our feeder set to two feedings in the AM and PM. It is not loud but loud enough that our cat can hear and knows it feeding time. The media could not be loaded. Set up was a little tricky. I like how it allows multiple feedings per day. I do like the recording of meal call but my dog didnt.didn't.. lol. So I just recorded the button clicking. I will buy again from this seller. And I will buy this product again.
