So far, this seems to be a great diagnostic tool. Boots quick, fast OS and Bluetooth connects quickly. So far I have hooked it up to a Chevy, kia, bmw, and audi. Navigation will take a little bit to get use if you are use to snap-on but i can tell you the ms906 pro offers many OE level features. When initally connecting to vehicle it asks a few specific RPO code questions to connect to all modules so many of the newer vehicles you may have to work through different options to finally connect, but no big deal.     • Well laid out menu screen and intuitive to use
After receiving and updating the software to the models I will be working on It was up and running in no time. Screen is clear and bright and the wireless VCI is great not having to be tethered by cable inside the car to use. I own a small auto repair shop. We've had Bosch, Snap-On, Matco, OTC, and many other scanners over the years. We heard great things about Autel, and decided to take a chance when we needed an upgrade. We love it! We only have two complaints. -We can't export live data. The ability to export live data makes diagnosis of vehicles faster, easier, and in turn more profit for our business. -The battery life of it is not great. I am a former ASE certified automotive technician, and currently I work on cars on the side for a little extra cash. This MS906 PRO has worked perfectly. I purchased the autel oscilloscope for it and I couldn't be happier. Most recently I was able to replace the ABS control module and ABS pump on a 2011 toyota prius, this requires the use of a bi-directional scan tool in order to activate the ABS pump to bleed out the brake system. The scan tool worked flawlessly during this procedure. I have not needed to contact customer service but based on other reviews, I feel confident they will stand behind the product they sell. I own a transmission shop and no scanner is perfect. Some scanners will work on some cars and some won't. This unit works as it should and it will read medium duty trucks from Hino or 4 or 5 series from GM or Ford while Snap On won't. It's not the fastest but will do adaptations and some coding. Autel works great I was able to diagnose a vehicle and figure out the ecm was bad which made it simple. Autel has a user friendly interface just had issues when replacing the ecm but will try again and hopefully figure it out.
