Good: It's quick. It is limited to 41 mph(really 37-38mph). Brakes, suspension, build quality, all good. I got 23 miles on 1 charge. Bad: The turn signals aren't visible from behind during the day and there is no auto turn off feature. The scooter goes into park mode at stop lights, which is annoying. Long charge time. 6’2” 200lbs rider does 18-20 miles max when riding speeds of 30-40 on road with a full charge. Range was not what I expected.

    • Best bang for the buck scooter. Checks all the boxes.
Ausom is awesome lol. Got this to ride to work and have some fun on the weekends. Has many settings to accommodate all types of riding. From paved paths to dirt, grass and hills. Plenty of power and says 40mph with me on it I'm 210lbs on dual motor mode. Realistically gets around 30 miles on a charge unless your full throttle the whole time which is not typical riding. The button assembly for the horn/turn signals already broke because its just plastic and when you press the dual motor button the whole assembly kept rotating no matter how tight it was screwed in. I had to put some silicone tape under it to keep it from moving. Another complaint is the brake pads seem cheap and make a lot of noise. The turn signals are hard to use and do not have auto cancel feature so they always get stuck on. The dual port charging is kind of strange and the scooter does not come with the 2nd charger. Hopefully it holds up in the long run. Have over 80 miles on mine already and it seems , overall great features for the price. ... show more

    • No Ausom Tire Replacements for this scooter… Yikes
The scooter itself is fine. Sure, it doesn’t reach the battery life Ausom claims (when rode like a normal person, aka not slow the whole time). I even got over how much it takes to fold the scooter… (numerous seconds of valve twisting, as well as keeping the neck clip in the exact position of fold to keep it from slipping off the connecting point). The scooter is even VERY fun to ride… But… You have to change your tires on your car right? Same thing with this scooter… One big problem though… Ausom has been sold out of these tires for MONTHS… Why even have the option to buy the replacement tires on the website? Why even bother selling the scooter? Their other scooter models have replacement tires ready for purchase. For a $900 scooter, this is unacceptable. I hope someone from Ausom sees this review and takes it seriously… And I hope I can save someone else from a $900 purchase just for the scooter to sit there for months when you need to replace a tire. Buy literally any other scooter than this one. ... show more
