The scooter is stable, powerful, and a lot of fun — overall, a great ride. It has no trouble carrying a 200 lb rider at full speed and handles steep hills impressively well. That said, there are a few design concerns: Brakes: Effective but squeaky, which detracts from the experience. LCD Display: The speed gauge goes up to 160 mph, even though the top speed is around 40 mph. With no needles or indicators, the dials are functionally pointless and waste screen space. Replace them with something useful — even just a clock would be better. EDIT: It's not LCD. Everything is fixed in place and backlite as needed; hence firmware cannot fix this. I think this aspect is a little cheap. It should have been an LCD for the price. Rubber Nut Caps: The included caps don’t fit the scooter’s nuts properly and serve no clear purpose. Handlebar Folding Lock: This is a major safety issue. The lock doesn’t latch securely and can disengage when lifting the scooter — very dangerous. Always inspect the latch before lifting. A redesign with a positive locking mechanism is needed. Ergonomics: The throttle lever feels awkward in both shape and position — a thumb throttle might be more comfortable. Also, at 5'6", I find the handlebar a bit too tall; shortening the shaft slightly could improve rider fit. Lastly, the tire stems are too short! Most gas station air pumps, or residential inflators with a folding lock mechanism won't fit on the valve stem making inflation difficult. Only screw on inflators will work. I would recommend increasing the length of the valve stems more. With a few thoughtful improvements, especially around safety and interface design, this could be an outstanding product. Product description says abs brakes, but it doesn't seem to have it. Support from Amazon purchases seems difficult to obtain. Beware. Direct Ausom support for direct sales (Ausom web site) seems to have 24 hour reply time. ** Upon delivery, my front tire doesn't seem to hold air well. It likely needs a replacement and Ausom directed me to Amazon support and Amazon has no support for this item.

First and all don't purchase this scooter please, it come with problem and there's no parts and customer service will said that they won't help you even do the scooter is new and have warranty I recommend to go does premium company and thank you ausom from the experience.

After having the scooter for little over a month now here are my thoughts. the scooter needs improvement on functionality the locking mechanism doesn’t work properly it will come loose which will cause the scooter to unlock from its folding position can be dangerous depending who is carrying it down from the car. I don’t think the ddts switch and any of the switches should be made of plastic clamps if you slightly over tighten you risk the chance of breaking the switch clamp which has already happen. 3 turn signals give no sound indication or anything sometimes I find my self putting it on with out knowing. brakes are good but not the best mine came with a slight worped disk rotor and I found my self adjusting the brakes more then I should have to get the cable tight and set right. Also the off road tires they claim are thin walled and are not puncture resistant as they market it. Customer service was sub par took almost a week to get anywhere on replacements. Also to note if you buy it on Amazon the main website will not warranty any of your parts even though it’s there brand of scooter. Besides all that the scooter is fun to ride. Speed it good and for what you get I think the normal price is a bit much but if you get it on sale maybe it is worth it in the long run

Pros: -Fast was able to hit 37 mph. -Battery was pretty good. -Handled off-road good. -Great horn. -Customer service was ok. Cons: -Build quality needs work. -Breaks need to be better at that speed. -Speedometer was off would say you were going 41 mph but you really was doing 37. -Tires need improvement. -Was not stable at high speeds -Deck is too smooth. -Fenders come loose over time.
