I rarely write reviews but I love this shredder. It’s the perfect size for my counter top, fitting under the above cabinet with enough space I can still use it just folding the paper in half. It’s definitely heavier than I expected but to me that just indicates that it’s sturdy and well made. Quieter than the cheap versions and I love the security as it shreds it in small pieces. I've had this shredder for 2 years now and it's been great until recently where the auto function doesn't shut off. I have cleaned it, oiled it and wiped off the sensor with no luck. It still works great except I have to remember to shut it off after each use or it constantly runs.
