The media could not be loaded. When I got them, you have to apply base of speakers and I didn't have any hardware, not predrilled holes and I would have liked a manual but did find it online. I hear humming but once awhile they are clear. They are the correct neg and positive so I just give up. Sound good when not humming. They did honor the lower price I saw after bought during Black Friday. I ce black Friday was over they offered same set up for 30 some bucks less. My sale wasn't a sale at all! The wires are on the top of the speakers as well which means the wires have to be taped down the back of speaker if you prefer neat looking set up. Feal my investment was strictly for looks and I had to rearrange everything in my living room and sending it all back is not an option at this point. Had to pay a helper as well so just disappointed yet if worked correctly I like how they look. Very light so easily can be knocked over. I just feel as tho calling again and shipping it all back is too much for me. Mobility issues so waving the white flag on this whole indevor ... show more

Received the system, it comes with speakers, sub, remote speaker wires and a tiny booklet that tells you what's in the box. NO OPERATING MANUAL!!! To take it 1 step further, you can't get an operating manual online. Take it another step further, you can't contact the company via phone or email...there website on the little book doesn't populate at all! I tried searching for information through Google but all I get is reviews. The issue, I connected all the speakers and sub, turned sub on and get NOTHING...Not even a buzz! I've hooked up surround systems for 30 years, no problem. This doesn't work at all. I switch the channels, get the test sounds, but then nothing and channel disappears back to the 2 blinking lines. The remote turns my TV off, changes channels...does everything but operate the sub! This deserves zero stars. If I can't get in touch with the company or somehow figure this out myself, I will be returning this for a full refund. If anyone from the company reads this...include an ACTUAL manual with your products! ... show more

Observed Peeling on pedestal to speaker tower black laminate some discoloration on sub-woofer cabinet. Please check to see if it has free return. Walmart has it priced lower no hassle return

    • Wish I never bought this
It’s horrible. The stand the speakers sit on are supposed to be screwed in. No holes and screws aren’t long enough. The directions are horrible! They don’t explain anything at all! In the tiniest faded print. the wires running from the speakers look horrible if you have a tv bigger than 55 inches and the audio output is on the left side of the tv, you can’t place the main console in the right location because it won’t reach. Definitely don’t recommend this product ... show more
