    • Leaked at splitter. Connector wouldn't thread. Not 1/2" as advertised.
The two-way splitter immediately leaked. One of the quick connectors was either warped or tooled wrong and wouldn't thread onto a hose or the splitter. Because of this, I wasn't able to use anything else. Went out and purchased a brass 2-way splitter from Walmart that didn't leak. The quick connector wouldn't thread onto it. So, I went to Home Depot and purchased a irrigation adapter for 1/2" tubing. Got home and realized that the tubing that is in the kit that they claim is 1/2", is actually smaller. It is 1/2" when measuring the outer diameter, not the inner opening. So, the tubing doesn't fit any other irrigation systems or components you would purchase locally. The whole kit is a waste of money. I reached out to the company about the splitter and the quick connector being faulty, and asked for a replacement of those 2 things. They acted like I didn't know how to screw on something to a garden hose, and sent a photo of how to use the quick connector. I told them I wasn't an idiot, and they asked for photos of the leak. Sent it to them and they said they'd send replacements after I gave them my address. I waited 3 weeks and received nothing, so with the return deadline quickly approaching, I sent everything back for a refund. 3 days later, the parts arrived in the mail from China. Oh well... the new splitter they sent still leaks. The quick connector seems to thread, but too little too late. Don't waist your time on this kit. ... show more

    • Junk parts.
The water hose fittings are too small and don't even fit. With out those, kit is pointless.

    • Easy to Use
Nice assortment of emitters and spray heads. The items supplied were plenty to irrigate all of the planting areas on the front and side of our house. Had no problems connecting the 1/4 inch feeder lines to the tees and sprinkler heads. Still have plenty of spare emitters and four and six way adapters. Will use them in the back yard area. It would be nice if the set included a three way 1/2" tee to run a single main connection. I did have problems with the the faucet quick connects leaking. I tried replacing the washers with std washers and that slowed it down a little but still leaked. Then I tried Teflon tape on the threads but had to struggle to get it tight and must have cracked the fitting. It worked for 2 weeks before it split the fitting and started leaking again. Definitely needs improvement in that area. ... show more

This is no Rainbird drip irrigation kit. It's composed of cheaper parts you normally find on Amazon. I used similar drip parts over the years, perhaps the exact same ones, and they do not last past 1 season if your area freezes over. The plastic is a brittle type that will snap at the barb of the emitters over time and sun exposure, especially if it freezes. The tubing are all soft vinyl, which are ok, but when heated by the sun, they can slip off if your water pressure is relatively high. They do include these metal clips to help hold them on the barbs. The compression fittings for the tubing are much more useful and are easy to assemble. Another issue I have is that while they include 2 garden hose connectors, both do not secure tightly and leak like crazy. There are multiple adapters for the connectors, but only one fits 3/4" garden hose. That connector has no rotating swivel head, so you need to twist your hose connection before you try to connect it, or attach the hose first then the tubing. There is a hose gasket inside the connector, but the connector is not as well made and has big gaps that the gasket cannot seal. I tried doubling the gasket, replacing the gasket with my own, but they all leak in the same way, spraying a large jet of water out at around 1~2 GPM at around 40 PSI of pressure. They don't include a pressure regulator, it still leaks if you do, but I suggest using one to prolong the life of the brittle emitters. The good thing about this kit is the soft vinyl tubing is easier to handle than the stiffer drip tubing Home Depot carries, but I also have concerns about vinyl chemical leaching under heat. These parts are ok for a temporary seasonal setup but are not so great for a permanent long term setup. I need to find a hose connector that doesn't drip first as every time I use it to water my strawberries for a few minutes per day, I end up with five gallon buckets of water. ... show more

This was a much needed addition to our garden area in the backyard. With two separate areas that needed to be watered, this was the perfect choice. I can install the sprayers where needed. Now i wont have to stand in the backyard with our hose to water our little tropical paradise. Installation was pretty easy. I recommend you make a plan to where you want your sprayers before hand. Add a timer to your system and you =have a hands free watering system. Recommend for those looking to set up a small DIY sprinkler system to your garden. ... show more

    • Will Last One Season
Fairly simple to set up this product amongst my plants in my landscaping. However, parts of this item are "cheap plastic" and I expect to become brittle/break over one season of use. For water irrigation, it is perfect for the need I was desiring.

    • So quick and simple
Very pleased with this irrigation kit. I had to replant an entire front yard with new plants and needed an irrigation system and chose this one. This was so easy to install and have working, there was plenty of tubing and it holds and didn't pop off under pressure. The connectors were a nice mix and had everything I needed. The only thing I have left from the package are some of the connectors and a few of the misting heads. To set up an entire medium/small front yard with about 20 plants took me about an hour, including testing it and hooking up a soaker hose and timer. An irrigation kit like this is perfect for new plantings, gardens or a patio and this one is well thought out and worth the price. ... show more

    • Good variety of parts for connection options
Good kit for setting up watering of multiple plants. Smaller and larger diameter hose for options in irrigating more or fewer plants, longer runs. Y-faucet splitter is plastic, better suited for installations that would not be subject to strenuous pulling by attached hoses.
