I just got rid of my soakers hoses for this. The red topped adjustable drip is amazing, and it is easy to place the hoses where you want. If you are expecting temps above 90 use the clamps on the hoses to ensure the hoses don't dislodge. The warm weather makes to tubes soft and the will stretch and shift with applied water pressure. But I love it. It is saving me money on my water bill and it is very efficient watering. No waste. ... show more

    • The faucet fitting is metric
I couldn’t use the faucet fitting because it has metric threads. I used all the other parts with a fitting from another set. Don’t buy for use in the USA.

    • Not as advertised
This product is advertised to be a 1/4inch to 1/2inch drip system. It is not. The 1/2inch items are 3/8inch, not half inch. So the tubing, Tees, end cap are all 3/8".

    • METRIC, NOT SAE. Useless in USA.
The faucet adapter was not complete, as it did not thread onto a standard American Faucet, making the rest of the kit useless. Waiting to see if company will send correct part. Otherwise, I will send it back.

This is a good drip irrigation system. it has enough parts for my garden. I set it up with a timer out in the backyard. it is setup to water everything. it works really well. 5/5

    • Not my favorite system
This system contained nothing but the small tubing and my first DIY irrigation system had the larger tubing as well a the smaller tubing. I feel the larger tubing makes it easier to get further along in your yard (while providing more water flowing through the larger tubing) and then to "branch off" with the larger connectors that are not in this system that provide the ability to "shoot off" the smaller tubing and then attach an irrigation mister/sprinkler near the plant. I did use a few pieces from this system and combined it with what I had left over from another kit (with larger tubing and other connectors) to add a second set of plants to my automatic watering system. I would also recommend that if you are setting up an irrigation system like this one, that you investigate the manual or wireless automatic watering devices so your new system is as carefree as possible. This is one of the main reasons I got this system - to set up and automate a second set of plants - to provide water on a regularly scheduled time each day. This is an okay system and may be exactly right for your own needs. Just noodle over what plants you will be including in your system set up to ensure you get what you are looking for in keeping your plants hydrated. ... show more

    • Makes having a garden easy
If you are a plant lover this is a very good option since unfortunately we do not always have the time to water all our plants and then they ultimately die. This kit has everything you need and is very easy to install and get running. The material is not too resistant but it is of a quality necessary for this type of work. Once we have everything set up, it is just one flick of the Fossett to get the water flowing through the hose and all the plants will get evenly watered at the same time, while you go drink some lemonade. you are able to cut the hoses to your desired length if you need to. I like that you’re able to adjust each individual nozzle to meet this specific needs of each plant so you don’t have to constantly change them. ... show more
