This is my 3rd ebike the previous one I sold because it was too heavy to fold and left up to my car , this ebike is ( after taking the battery out is a lot lighter ) plus it is a stepthough makes it ideal for seniors and ladies ( I 67 years old ,5'4" high ), seat height is the lowest of its class , I had a small problem with the bike seat , I massage the seller and he responded the second day and send me a new one by FedEx in 2 days , they have an outstanding customer service , standing behind their sales , Battery under test I did a 14 mile in about 1 hours and battery still at %80 . For $25 I add a bag for the cell phone ( USB power out from the LCD display) and water bottle holder, if you thinking of buying one get this bike from a good seller, you won't regret it ... show more

    • Battery life isn't what it's says
The bike it's self is a high quality bike although mine came with a bent up back rack and missing hardware it ride great I change the knobby tires because they are so loud when riding also they are directional tire which were put on backwards then there's the elephant in the room I use this to commute to work which is 6 mile round trip I ride it to work and back home then back to work and on that third ride of 9 miles total it reads 2 bars on the little computer on the handlebars I'm not sure if the battery is not working or if the BMS isn't communicating the right range I ride in pas mode 5 and peddle when I need to get somewhere faster but in my opinion I should get at least 25 to 35 miles on one charge but I'm getting 9 the farthest I've bravely pushed it to was 19 miles and had 1 bar left when I got home ... show more

    • Customer service was very helpful and shipped out a replacement part.
Bike came with a cut wire and pedal assist did not work. Customer service was able to walk us through correcting the programming and sent us a replacement part. Representative was super helpful. We purchased a 2nd bike.
