The bike did great on my 20+ mile commute, I literally love it and would like to keep it. There is a problem with the motor not engaging and I can not get customer support, may be returing it and asking for a full refund. Only had it a few days, until this issue the bike was awesome.

Very easy to assemble and looks so good! Just the slightest pedaling and the pedal assist really kicks in. I wish it had a horn and turning signals however. But overall this bike is powerful and fast and sexy!

This my second ebike my first was 500 watts and this one is 750 I weigh in at 260 and 6'2 but this bike carries me like I'm not on it extremely powerful and trust me when I say that 30+ mph is real, It's easy to assemble and if you have questions or confused with the manual just try the Tube.
