I priced outdoor furniture similar to this and was shocked at how expensive it was. It was 3-4 times the cost of this sectional couch. I got the 5 piece set. I don't know how it will hold up over time but it seems pretty sturdy. I like that the bottom cushions have velcro and you can tie the back cushions around the back of the furniture. But beware, it's tricky to do that for the corner pieces. So, maybe I over-tightened? I don't know. It was kind of pain to put together, but some of that was my fault. I didn't read the review that said to save the longest screws for the feet!! Oh, how I wish I had. Would have saved me a lot of time and effort. I always read reviews but NEVER write them. I just received my furniture today. I got the 9 piece so 4 boxes. They all came together, well packaged. I am a well educated woman. I have put together many projects around our house. I wanted to surprise my husband with decorating our back deck so I attempted this myself. While reading reviews, many said the directions were awful... they WERE NOT lying.. they are absolutely terrible. Only vague pictures.and absolutely no written instructions. There are 3 different bolt sizes. They aren't labeled. Just be extra careful when you start, you have the correct size. All that being said. I put this together myself. Took me about 3 hours. Love love love it! It is the perfect warm grey and beige combo, the cushions are comfy, and it’s not too low to the ground. My ONLY complaint is that all of the different screws/bolts were NOT label, so it took me around 6 hours to assemble it / figure out what parts and screws go to what. I was hesitant to order patio furniture online. I’m more of a touch and feel shopper for furniture. This set was straightforward to put together. I did it alone and it took two hours with breaks. I love the versatility. Still trying to figure out how I want it. Love the cushions, zipper to remove for cleaning. For the price it’s a steal. The last reviewers photos sold me on it. Pros - fits well in my space, looks good, relatively easy to put together if you are handy but time consuming, wish they sold the table separately Cons- back of chair is short and makes it uncomfortable if you try to lean back, cushions are already sinking in after less than a month of daily use, fabric is water resistant but not stain resistant.
