The media could not be loaded. Perhaps the best non-stick surface I've ever used, outside of a well seasoned cast iron pan. The revovable handles are a brilliant solution for space saving. I use a single handle for all the pans saving the others as spares. Worth every penny.

Non stick easy to clean and food cooks evenly. They are dishwasher safe but clean with a simple damp towel and dry they have never needed the dishwasher. I love how the handles come off in case I want to stick a dish in the oven!

I love the color and density of the cookware but I realized they don't fit the standard stovetop circumference. Either theyre too small or too big. I will keep them regardless.

I am stunned that I like these pans as much as I do. I have a mix of ridiculously expensive high-quality that I baby and cheap nonstick stuff that I abuse. I really thought these were going to be the latter, but I really like them. The nonstick works well and has been holding up solidly after a few weeks of steady use. The color is a little odd. Sort of a slightly greenish tan--very similar to what military folks would recognize as "coyote". It hasn't turned me off yet, but its not something I buy more of. There's an interesting selection of pan types and sizes. It includes some that have not direct equivalent in my kitchen. The mini casserole is getting a lot of time on the stove top and oven. The deep fry pan is also very useful as an alternate to the normal shallow fry pans. I'm not super happy about the lids though. After first use, the metal rim expands just enough that it no longer cleanly fits in the pans. They still work, but they dont seat all the way down. Leaves a sort of tilt and when you try and press them down there's a weird spongy feeling like the metal rim is slightly deforming. The pans themselves have a nice heft to them that implies thickness and they do seem to retain heat well. The rims are very thick but I don't think that level of thickness extends throughout though. But still, much thicker than all but my cast iron pots. Time will tell if they endure. I've already made the mistake of cooking spills on the outside and the resultant stains have proven very difficult to scrub off. I would definitely buy again though--at least more of their non-standard pieces (no lids though). ... show more
