Got the lavender and it's beautiful, just like the photo. I made spatzel with the dough hook so far and it was effortless. Suction feet are very secure. So easy to clean as well, the only things that got dough on them were the bowl and the hook. Definitely recommend.

I am changing toward veggies diet so I need lot and lot of seitan, bread and pasta. That means a lot of kneading. Kneading shows true power of the any mixer. I bought the Halmilton Beach originally but disliked the C kneading hook and small 4 quart bowl. The Aucma does not cost that much more but has 6.5 quarts bowl, high power and S kneading hook. Well since I got this in less than a week I had made many seitan, Chinese noodle which require a lot of kneading and some mixing. Works great except one thing. The kneading hook does not have the round plate near attachment. That means flour travels up there and makes a mess which requires cleaning. My solution is to make a smaller dough and that seems to solve the issue. What more do you need if you only care about kneading, mixing and stirring which this mixer can do easily as good as the more expensive Kitchen Aid? In my case i need to make pasta and Chinese noodles. My solution is to buy the hand crank pasta maker which i did. Nothing beats home made pasta and noodle. So cheap and easy to make with the mixer and the pasta maker!!!!! Everyone wants the Kitchen Aid which is heavy and pricey. Sure it is a standard that other mixers follows. I can buy 3 other mixers for one Kitchen Aid which work just fine for my need and I am a heavy user. The majority of people out there is not heavy user. If you care to show off then buy the Kitchen Aid. If you care about practicality, affordability and sensible this Aucma serves well. Works for me. It is a keeper. Longevity is not an issue because i can buy 3 Aucma for one K.Aid. At the beginning I was struggling to decide but with Amazon great return policy why not try out then find out. My main intention to buy the mixer is that i do not want to knead flour by hand and i know if it works great for kneading then everything else is a piece of cake for the mixer. Kneading puts a lot of stress on the mixer. It requires power, good S kneading hook and quality machine to run. I see those with the Aucma so this works for me. Do not afraid to try different brand because if you don't try you will never know. I made a right choice NOT to go with K.Aid.

My daughter who is an amazing cook asked me for one of these mixers for Christmas while she was in Med School. She lived at home so she decompressed by baking! She would make fabulous desserts with this Aucma Mixer. When she graduated and moved she took her mixer, so I decided to buy myself this exact one! Since I am a horrible baker, I thought let's see what I can do. This mixer is Amazing!!! It is so easy to use, easy to clean, the different colors you can get are gorgeous! I now cannot live without my Aucma Stand Mixer,6.5-QT 660W 6-Speed Tilt-Head Food Mixer, Kitchen Electric Mixer! Seriously with this mixer anyone can become a pro!!!

The first stand mixer I've ever owned and I love it. It's light weight and has suctions on the bottom to keep from moving about the counter tops. Has done really well with cookie dough, cake batter, and bread dough. I use it regularly and very happy with it

So far I love this stand mixer, and for a fraction of the price of most, it works just as great. So far I’ve been using it to make sourdough sandwich bread, and have only used the dough hook, but it works fabulously. I haven’t had to scrape the sides, and the 660watt motor is definitely up to snuff for thicker doughs. I’m able to store it on top of my fridge too so it doesn’t take up counter or cabinet space. I love the light blue color too. The only minor complaint I have, the little suctions on the bottom don’t work super great. When it was fresh out of the box, it stuck super well, but I’ve moved it multiple times, and each time, it doesn’t work. When I go to unlock the big metal bowl, the suctions don’t work well enough for the stand mixer to keep still. I have to like leverage it so it doesn’t move. Anyway, that’s not that big of a deal, especially compared to the pros.

I absolutely love the colors and the functions on this! It has suction cups on the bottom of the mixer so it can stay put on the counter. It's extremely easy to use and clean and has 3 attachments. The bowl can lock in place and has a splash guard cover that can be removed to clean. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a home mixer

The media could not be loaded. Ok, ok…it’s not a kitchen-aid. We can clearly tell that. I own and operate a small catering company with a heavy focus on cakes and pastries. My industrial kitchen-aid took a crap on me a few weeks back and mama doesn’t have new kitchen-aid money right now. I’ve been using my electric hand mixer and it has been the worst! My carpal tunnel hates me…or did. I was super skeptical about buying this because it was so cheap. Well folks, this little guy may be the best kept secret for cheap mixers out there! Alright, pros and cons: Pro: -super cheap and was delivered quickly and flawlessly -the tilting head is a nice feature -the splash guard that attaches to the head is awesome -the bowl is huge and light weight -the mixer is super light weight -the suction cups on the bottom stuck and hung on to my counter like I hung onto 20’s -not any noisier than my kitchen-aid Cons: -while the bowl is huge a double batch of American buttercream will be a max out for the mixer. Since the head tilts so low and down into the bowl there’s about 2-3 inches of unused bowl space. You don’t get full use of the bowl. -the mixer itself is plastic and that worries me…we shall see how it holds up in the long run -the attachments seems tiny and a little flimsy but only time will tell how they hold up. All in all it’s a great deal for the price. I immediately put it to work with 5 double batches of buttercream and 6 cake batters. It performed well! Buy it and keep it as a back up, I’m telling you now. It is worth it!
