The bed was delivered in 3 separate boxes and each piece is identified by a small sticker with a part number to match with the instructions. For the parts this was done well. The hardware on the other hand is all mixed up so I spent more time than I would have liked just figuring out what screws were assigned which number. The instruction manual itself was VERY hard to read and it wasn't always clear which direction a part should be facing because the illustrations were so bad. I looked for digital illustrations online but no luck. Total time to build was around 6 hours and can be done by a single person if you get creative, but much easier with a second set of hands especially when attaching the rails. Once constructed the bed was more sturdy than I expected yet is still easy to move into place. The only negative upon construction was the drawers aren't that deep so they don't hold quite as much as anticipated looking at the photos. Overall I'm happy with the purchase and would give more stars if they had better instructions and better labeling of the hardware. ... show more

    • Great bed, easy assembly.
Despite the inevitable wobble that you get with anything 5 ft off the floor, this bed is very sturdy and assembles easily with the included instructions. The only thing remotely difficult to attach were the desk/shelf panels. The overall design is quite solid, and with some help from my 10-year old son we had it put together and in place in about 2 hours. ... show more
