This Power Plug works great, but if you buy it in conjunction with this Power Receptacle , shave down the knob on the trap door, the spring is so tight that it will dig into the plug exposing the positive and negative wires over time! The only problem I had with this female trolling motor power adapter is that it did not fit my male adapter made by the same company. When I contacted their customer support, they said this adapter would only mate up with their male adapter, but good luck in finding that male adapter.
