Use for many different pests and it works fantastic! Mosquitos? boxelder bugs? Asian lady beetles? ants? flies? Spiders? Anything with more than four legs? Yeah, It kills them all. Bifen works well and is cheaper but this is much more effective for twice as long in my experience. I've used bifen and do mix it up once in awhile when I don't want to spend the extra money in hopes that I'll be surprised with the results but I'm always much happier with the results from this type of active ingredient. lambdastar, demand, this.. it's all the same, possibly others but this is cheaper than any I've found with the same active ingredient.. if it tells you anything, I have 2 gallons of bifen (Telstar, etc.) on my shelf and I'm reordering this. I use the Bifen up but not like this, it's my go to when I want a lot of dead bugs for a long time. I typically only use it for outdoor applications but if I have anything indoors, I don't hesitate to pull this out (flies that get in in the fall around windows usually). A good IGR mixed with this does numbers on mosquitoes. Only need to apply like twice a year in the land of mosquitoes. Was still noticeably better then many other houses in the area after 2 months. The Insect growth regulator helps tremendously in my experience. I've found that about 1oz/gal typically is the sweet spot to mix this. Be sure to use PPE, this stuff will mess you up if you get enough on you. Typically just a burning, tingling, red skin, type of sensation but it's not pleasant and certainly not that good for you in the long run I'd assume. After it dries, there isn't anything to worry about so keep kids and pets away until then

Good pesticide for getting rid of cellar spiders. Seems to keep away midges for a couple weeks as well, but I am not sure if it kills them. I am still looking for a good solution to keep midges away for longer. Wear PPE when spraying, of course. Easy to mix, sprays well through a standard garden sprayer. High-concentrate means one bottle will last a long time. Much cheaper than buying watered-down junk from big-box store, more effective too.

If you’re looking for a professional‑level insecticide with lasting residual effect, Devito CS is a strong candidate. It may be overkill for minor issues, but for persistent infestations or large perimeter/landscape treatments it performs well when used properly.

This is an excellent product. We have a heavy mosquito problem. They run us off our patio and backyard every summer. We’ve tried several sprays from the box stores which only last a day or two. This product seemed pricey at first glance but we’ve bought so many products and spent so much on other sprays we thought we’d give it a chance. It works! One thorough spray (about 1/3 of the bottle) of the backyard and we’ve been mosquito free for three weeks. Nothing else has worked this well. We’re really pleased with this product.

Living in Florida, bugs and termites are always a concern. My house was built about a year ago and sprayed twice by a professional company before construction, but I still found termites building tunnels up the side of my home. I bought this product, made trenches around the house, mixed it with water in 5-gallon buckets as directed, and poured it all around. It took less than 2 hours for my 2,000 sqft house. The product quality is excellent, and it’s easy to handle and mix. The effectiveness has been amazing—months later, I haven’t seen a single sign of termites. I’d say the longevity is impressive, especially for the price. It’s super easy to use, and I felt safe handling it when following the instructions. Way cheaper than calling in an exterminator, and it really works! I also had Carpenter Ants and gone!!

Product shipped right away. Bought it for Asian beetles. Seems to have worked a little better than Bifen. However, you need to be careful when spraying, use protective clothing to cover exposed skin. It's been a month since spraying and the number of beetles in the house is way less. It also, most of those beetles die on or next to the windows
