I bought this tablet for my son. I’ve had it for a little over a month, and the charging port is already broken. My son is a little rough with it, but I would think it would last slightly longer than 1 month. Otherwise, works ok for a child.

    • Charging port nearly caught on fire within 6 months of purchase
This product was purchased for the sole purpose of being an authenticator device. After only about 2 months of use, the charging port over night bulged out and nearly caught fire while plugged in. Because it was just a couple weeks after the return window, we cannot return it and are out of luck. So far the other 3 we purchased are okay, but we are very concerned about using them now. I ordered the navy blue tablet and the black tablet. They were in the same shipping box and the black one has worked just fine. The product box for the blue one was damaged and the screen was broken. I asked for a replacement on the blue one and just got it in today. Again, the outer box was fine but the product box was damaged and the screen was broken! Critical system error, even after factory wipes, wouldn't work anymore. Only ever used one app on it. Very low usage.
