I've had 2 of these and I'm going to try a third, after that I'm going to just get a refund and buy something else. The first one refused to even power on. The second one worked great and burned for a day, but then I started getting an error "USB Drive Not Inserted" even though I'm using the phone app, not a computer or USB drive (the phone app is the main reason I preferred this device). I will update this post if the third one is better, their support hasn't responded to anything I've sent them and it's been days. ... show more

Was easy to start up took me some time to figure out centering up image to make it fit. I'd recommend watching YouTube videos to start. The setup from app you download is very helpful.

Right now I absolutely hate this machine. There is no instruction manual and every time I try to find something about starting to use the machine, all I ever find is how to basically turn it on. Nowhere doesn’t tell me where the cuts are engraving will start so I have to guess every single freaking time. I do get consistency from this machine. It does engrave fairly well, however not as to where I want to start and stay within the parameters. I changed the parameters for the size and then when I’m about to start the project, even after I lock in the sizes they change on me. I purchased the ATOMSTACK Swift 7W laser engraver with high hopes based on the specs and brand reputation. The machine itself appears well built, compact, and capable, and the advertised accuracy and material compatibility are appealing on paper. However, my experience so far has been mixed due largely to how complicated it feels to get up and running. Setup and operation are not very intuitive, especially for someone who isn’t already experienced with laser engravers. The software, settings, and workflow require more trial and error than expected, and the learning curve feels steeper than it should be for a machine marketed as user friendly. I found myself spending a lot more time watching tutorials and adjusting settings than actually engraving. Once properly set up, the engraver does seem capable of producing detailed results, but getting to that point takes patience. This isn’t a “plug-and-play” device, and beginners may find it frustrating. The machine also feels sensitive to small changes in settings, which adds to the complexity. Overall, the ATOMSTACK Swift 7W seems like a capable tool with good potential, but it’s better suited for users who enjoy tinkering and troubleshooting or already have some laser experience. If you’re looking for something straightforward and easy to use right out of the box, this may feel overly complicated. Wow!!! I use another brand that takes at least four passes maybe 5 to cut through honey inch thick. This one had me wondering if I did something wrong. The first pass I had a product!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you!!!!!! Once took 30 minutes to an hour was done in less than five minute!!!!!!❤️
