To Keep this as Factual as possible: The device would not power up the laser module, I tried to reach the manufacturer direct and did not get a response for 2 weeks, only after requesting a return authorization and Amazon contacting the company did I get a response. After a week of back and forth communications, including videos and emails, The company did agree and sent a replacement PC board for the device. I installed it myself, and the laser works now. The contact did say they are working on better information for setup and moving supplies from China to the US so parts will be available. When? that is the question. My laser works now as needed, and I will not be sending it back. The learning curve is pretty steep for anyone not familiar with graphic design, so be aware of that. There are many videos online showing how to both design and use the laser. Invest your time in learning, and you should be happy with the AtomStack lasers. ... show more
