These things are great! I use them in the bed area of a gooseneck horse trailer with living quarters and they will easily run all night on low without being plugged in. They worked well enough this summer that I bought two more for my Jumping Jack tent trailer. They worked great during the fall hunting trip to circulate warm air from my heater. The 3 speed is a plus, as I just need something that's very quiet while working, so I always have this thing on the lowest speed. I also like that fact that it has a rechargeable battery as I live in Florida where there are seasonal hurricanes when these may come in handy. A recommendation from me.

Surprisingly rugged. I've dropped or knocked out down half a dozen times at least, usually from desk height, but once or twice from coat hook height, and it still works. The plastic cover has popped off a few times, but it snaps back on with no problem. One side of the support holding the fan onto the clip broke in one of it's falls, but it still works and the other side of the support is intact. Clamps on many surfaces (I've clamped it onto a metal shelf), moves smoothly, stands up on its own. Really, you can't go wrong with buying one of these.
