I was excited to use the item. I watched the video available. I opened the box, box had no manual inside. I plugged the laser in and the power function would not work at all. I thought it was my outlet I tried it in three different spots, and nothing. I tried unplugging over and over, and still wouldn’t work. Ok a little background first. I have very dark hair on my lower legs and armpit and bikini area. I am also very shy and have never been somewhere to get waxing done. I also have very sensitive skin and get rashes from shaving . So when I found this product I was so excited. At first I tried to do every area that need to be done in one setting and it ended up taking for ever so I kinda lost interés and didn’t work with it as often as I should have. Then I decided to pick two areas my lower legs and armpits and just work on them so I didn’t get to overwhelmed by the whole process. After many attempts I am starting to notice a difference. My armpits always had a five o’clock shadow even right after shaving but now it is a lot lighter and the hair is softer and doesn’t seem to come in as fast. Same with my legs. It’s softer and I almost can’t tell it’s coming back in until I finally realize I need to shave again. Soon I’ll move on to my bikini area and work on it more for the summer but what little I have done down there I have noticed a change as well. So far I am loving this and I’m getting more gun hoe to use it even more now. I hope my rambling helped someone decide wether to purchase or not. I would highly recommend it. ... show more

Buying this device has been a huge quality of life improvement for me. I have fair skin and thick, dark body hair all over my arms, legs, toes, etc. I used to get severe razor burn shaving my thighs, no matter WHAT I tried—and I tried everything. There are some patchy areas around my body that stubbornly refuse to get zapped, but I went from needing to shave daily to shaving once every other week max, and only before my sessions (which I’ve reduced to biweekly). I keep my eyes closed and turn my head away the entire time I do this, so for me, the extra caution is just wasting my time. Frankly, no one should be looking at the machine when it flashes to begin with, and yet, even with the safety feature, I’ve had this stupid thing flash OFF THE SKIN on accident before.
