My previous laptop was an Asus, and I loved it. I needed an upgrade for processing photos, videos, and gaming. This computer has plenty of power to do it all! The quality of the build is phenomenal! I bought this as a refurbished laptop, and as far as I can tell, it is flawless. I really love the 4K OLED touchscreens for seeing my work. The layout of the two screens and the keyboard is great! One of the best layout feature is the size and location of the touchpad, which can be changed into a 10-key pad with a push on the upper right corner. The lower screen is a touchscreen and works very well with a stylus for artwork, etc. The lower screen, the keyboard and the touchpad can each be disabled depending on the tasks you want to perform. One weakness is the battery life. I would expect it to be short with all the screens running, and it is. I really dont get much over 2 hours working without needing to recharge. If you're going to run it plugged in, you'll need the 230W brick to keep it going for a prolonged time. If you buy a spare,make sure you get the correct plug size! (That's another weakness for Asus to fix!) If its plugged in, I can't say enough good about it! There was a good chunk of money to be saved by going with the refurbished model. The return policy made it a low risk, so i decided to give it a shot, and I was not dissapointed. I recommend it if you have the option ona purchase. ... show more

Combining the other reviews and questions posted for this product with my brief experience, it would seem that the Amazon Renewed laptops received are total "luck of the draw". Someone had it brand sparkling new, someone else has chips in the casing, another got all accessories (that are always included with the purchase of this particular laptop), I received none. Mine also arrived *powered-on* in the box! That doesn't necessarily mean it's ruined or anything, but it seems to sum up the quality / care routine associated with this program. I use this to live stream my DJ sets in twitch. It’s really great to have the second screen for all of my different scenes while still having a full screen view of what my stream is showing. I use it mainly for business , the 2 screen is so helpful when multitasking . Powerful and fast laptop . The battery life is short and the the laptop is a bit heavy for frequent flyers. But over all , i still give a 5 Stars .
