I bought it mainly for software development, .Net/Node SQL DBs etc. The CPU works just fine, I'm satisfied with the performance of this equipment, given it comes with a Corei7 12th generation I feel a good cost/benefit ratio. I don't buy it for gaming, but I've seen a couple of reviews on youtube and it seems for gaming it has a decent performance given the fact it ships only with integrated graphics. This model is not OLED but in my case the size and the numeric keyboard outweighs that. Something I did wonder before buy it was if there's option to expand its RAM memory, there is, but it comes with a single RAM slot that supports up to 32GB along the 8GB welded memory module resulting on this model despite its processor is able to carry up to 40GB of RAM. ... show more

    • On my first one the WIFI adapter stopped working and my second one the camera doesn't work.
On my first one the WIFI adapter stopped working after a few days and after multiple resets, driver updates and lots of frustration I returned it. Now on my second one the camera doesn't work even after multiple driver updates and resets. Only had it the second one for 3 days before I tried to attend a Zoom call. Really like the machine but quality seems to be an issue. Ended up returning the second one after ASUS support wanted me to send it in for repair. Buying another brand. ... show more

This is the perfect laptop for a college student. Good screen and light and thin. It has awesome battery life and has plenty of power for some one like a computer student that doesn’t need a gpu.

A top end overheating CPU that engages high cooler RPM while installing win11 updates on default settings A tiny pityful 4500mAh battery to go with it A 45% RGB NTSC display found on some dung heap to top it all off. The components in this model are a literal scam

I bought the laptop a few days ago, but it has a problem with the Network card, the internet and Bluetooth don't work, I tried to contact Amazon support, however they don't want to take responsibility. Do not buy used items - like new because it has faults and then there is no guarantee.

Background info: student, not Video game player, code and run calculation sometime. I7-12700H, 16 inches, thin, less than 1k, what to not like. I don’t know why no other place are selling this. If you like a touch screen, you can consider the lenevo yoga i7 16”with similar spec but 200bucks more expensive. For me, this is the perfect laptop. ... show more
