Bought the laptop on April 26, 2025. I like the laptop, nice big screen, easy to use (the included fan is not that great), and all that stuff that goes with a laptop. On June 10, 2025, it crashed to the Diagnostic screen and will not boot off a recovery drive. I tried ever option on the diagnostic screen, but nothing worked It has to go back to Asus for repair. I did not expect the laptop to need repair within 45 (or so) days. It could take 2 weeks to get the laptop back to me. Very, very disappointed in the quality of the laptop.
