I've had computers and laptops alike but I've never played a system with this much power and processing speed. MWII runs like a dream. I'm on the road a lot and have about 3 hours of down time each day. I just find free Wi-Fi and play. As others have said the power box gets really hot and the dual fan work well but I think I'll invest in a cooling pad to help keep it from getting too hot. This laptop is exactly as advertized, professional and beautiful. It is not as heavy as I thought it would be. The display is excellent and the keyboard is sturdy and strong. Definetly a tough laptop! Lots of things to do with all of the apps & windows 11. Great product

I can't review the item, because when I received the laptop it wouldn't start. I contacted Amazon support and they told me to "let it charge for a few hours". Still no response. I tried holding the on button in for several seconds, nothing. I let it charge overnight, nope. It was very disappointing because the laptop reviewed very well and I was excited to try it. Also, the shipping packaging was horrible. The laptop was thrown in a larger box with no padding and was barely taped. The manufacturer's box was very sturdy and the laptop was well protected.
