This cover fits the entire scooter and my scooter cart that holds a scooter. I love it and it’s waterproof. My only down thing is the straps that you do from the bottom are too short to even use. So I have to use bungee cords.

Purchased this cover for my husband’s scooter before taking a week long trip. Because some reviews said it did not keep their scooter dry during rain, I was concerned about it really being waterproof. One night we had a very heavy rain and blowing winds for several hours while at a hotel. We had left the scooter mounted on the rack, tied down and covered because we did not need it that evening. The scooter cover was certainly put through the test and passed exceptionally well. Everything was dry underneath! There had also been a few light rain showers while driving during this trip and it did well then also. It was also nice to keep the dust and road grime off the scooter while traveling. We liked the 3 buckle straps on the bottom edge to keep it strapped snuggly around the scooter also. ... show more

Seems well built, but was about a foot too long for our scooter. We ended up adding a bunch of bungie cords to try to tuck in the extra length and keep it from flapping in the wind as we towed it on a ramp behind our vehicle.
