Hands down the worst laptop I have ever had the displeasure of using. I have had this for only a few months and the audio card is already shot. The graphics card is great for rendering but as a package this laptop is an utter disappointment. Save your money and look elsewhere. This laptop has cost me days of productivity because of the shoddy components. This will be my last ASUS product I ever purchase. Not sure how the company went downhill so fast, I have used components of theirs in the past that were great but this is just embarrassingly bad. This has led to a new corporate policy to never purchase ASUS products due to the issues that this laptop has caused for our company. ... show more

This is the best laptop I have ever owned, and worth every penny. It's truly able to run even new games at top settings with full raytracing, for example Cyberpunk 2077 in ultra ray tracing overdrive mode. I look forward to seeing new games in all their glory in the future!

The laptop is beautiful great graphics. The problem is the speakers at 100 max volume are not loud. I have to buy external speakers for this thing my iPhone 11 speakers are louder.

With taxes, paid almost $4k for a laptop that is gaming ready and the screen has a shadow. I've had to contact Asus 5 times, and everytime they have me do the same activities: Bios update, install the driver, system restore, and what do you know the shadow is always there. So no I have a $4K paper weight that is beyond the return window cause Asus support sucks. So just don't. ... show more
