I bought this to track my heart rate, steps, and calories, but it has been very unreliable and inaccurate. Sometimes it doesn’t show my heart rate at all, and other times it doesn’t count my steps properly. Since these are the main features I purchased it for, I’m really disappointed.

    • Not very functional
The watch is cute and seems sturdy but would NOT wake up when lifting my wrist. I had to hit the button every time which made checking the time a two-handed operation. I don't feel that the tracking is very accurate but I didn't use it for more than 30 minutes.

I'm not wearing it 24/7 now that the novelty of it has worn off. I mainly got it to see data on my sleep, and I'm not sure if it's actually collecting that data accurately. But I like having a watch; it's easier to look at my wrist than to get out my phone and open it to see what time it is. It counts my steps all day long without carrying my phone. Sorry to say, I had high hopes for this fitness watch. The price was right. It doesn't even come close to accuracy. I measured with an accurate blood pressure monitor. Not even close. Don't waist your money. You get what you pay for.

This tracker is the worst. Do not waste your money. I constantly needs to be “woken up” to start counting steps. Nothing is really tracked. I went for a 2+ mile hike and while that data is under “walking” it still shows as ZERO steps! (See photo, after it finally started counting steps - 345 with 2.27 miles.) How does that make sense?     • Its OK but not what I hoped for
It was a bit difficult to setup and link with my android phone. I couldn't get texts or other alerts and the app kept saying I needed to sync with my phone, but it wouldn't. I was about to submit a return request, but after a couple of days it finally synced. I guess it was just really slow about it. I don't know that the different trackers are reliable because it said I had slept for 10 hours. I am never in bed for more than 7 hrs and never asleep for all of those, so not sure how it determined that. I mainly wanted it for tracking steps and it does alert me if sitting for too long at work. So will keep it, but hoped for better. ... show more
