The ASUS ROG Raikiri Pro is a stunning controller that instantly impresses with its sleek design and built-in OLED display. • Top 5 XBOX/PC controller..IMO
Style: Raikiri Pro
This is an awesome Xbox layout centric controller, that you can also use on PC seamlessly. This is mainly the way in which i use it. One of the coolest features about this controller is that it has a roughly one half inch by one inch oled screen built in it. Its black and white. It lets you save up to 3 different profiles each with a name or title that can consistently scroll across the screen during normal gameplay, each lets you program a specific RGB color. It also will relay info such as battery life and via which method the controller is connecting to said device. Feels great in your hand, It also has programable back buttons as an extra bonus! ... show more

  • Looks awesome... terrible internals...
Style: Raikiri Pro
I love ASUS and the ROG line, so I had really high expectations for this controller and love the overall feel and aura sync aspect of this controller. Plus it has bluetooth, wired and 2.4ghz dongal but... this was my third attempt with it. The first one I bought in store in Japan and the OLED went out a day after getting it, even after the firmware update to the most recent, returned it in Japan in store. The second one I ordered here on Amazon, it was fine at first but after playing for less than a week on the new Black OPS 6, the right trigger when set to hair trigger started bugging out and was super erratic and registered trigger pull when there was none. It only stopped when I turned hair trigger off. After I turned it back on again, the issue returned. I exchanged it for another one and not even three days playing with it, the right trigger issue appears with the replacement controller. This time after taking it out of hair trigger it stopped registering any trigger input at all. Im not rough with my controllers by any means and as an adult I'm the only one who uses it. It sits on a desk to charge and only in hands for gaming, never dropped or anything out of the ordinary for a controller. ASUS ROG design team did a great job, it's just too bad that it appears the internal components did not match or live up to the ROG name.... Cant really call it a gamming controller if you can't even use it to play Call of Duty for less than a week before not being able to use the hair trigger aspect or have it not register any trigger input at all. Maybe if ASUS decides to revamp this line with stronger more premium electronic components, I'd consider buying that but doing a full return and just going to use my Xbox Elite series 2 controller. Never had any issues with that after years of use, only got the ROG controller to match the rest of my PC build with the Aura sync and so I could keep my xbox items in the living room with the xbox... love you ASUS, but kinda disappointed here.... Oh! And yes if you really read the details on this controller, it will work on xbox but only if plugged into it as a wired generic controller IE if you buy it to use on your xbox, expect to be plugged in when using it.... There was also some software issues noted with the ASUS Armory Create app (tried on two separate computers...). Half the time it won't pick up the controller so you cant remap buttons or configure the controller.... Overall, a great... looking controller with a nice long USB C to USB A cord, looks premium, feels good in the hands... but thats really where it stops unfortunately.... I could not in good faith recommend this controller to any serious gammer or even intermediate level gamers out there. ... show more

  • Great controller, quick to suffer from joystic drift
Style: Raikiri Pro
I love this controller. The design is really great with comfortable grip, programmable buttons in the back and of course, the screen it has and lighting effects are great. I've used it through the dongle and wired and there's no latency whatsoever on either my PC or Steam Deck. The only issue is that the left joystick quickly started suffering from drifting to the point where it gets completely stuck when you move it to the right and have to move it back to the center, otherwise it just stays to the right. I've cleaned it as much as I can but still this keeps happening. It isn't really interfering with my gameplay since it is more of a physical issue rather than a software one, but it is annoying nonetheless. ... show more

I am old. That being said I do like to game. I like the feel and adjustable lights on this one. It matches my mouse and works well with my laptop. I would by it again. Will this make you a better gamer? Well NO. That is up to you and time put into it.

  • Controller burnt out after 3 ish months
Style: Raikiri Pro
I am not hard on controllers, originally bought the controller in August and was disappointed by the fact that it cannot connect wirelessly to my xbox. But due to circumstances I kept the controller cause it worked fine plugged in. I am by no means hard on controllers and I went to turn on my controller today and it won't turn on. I have tried other cables that go to a series x controller still would not turn on. That it's price point I could have bought 2 regular controllers of similar build quality (ie good but nothing to write home about aka standard plastic body light weight, the ergonomics on the controller were okay which make this controller all the more frustrating setting aside the very short life span for a controller that has never been dropper on the floor or spilled on or yanked put of the wall eat. If I could return it I would but it's now a fancy paperweight that's outside of the Amazon warranty and I cannot be hassled to try tussle with rog to try to see if they have anything more than a 90 day warranty. ... show more
