Do not buy if you or friends are not handy. Do not buy if you or friends don't have tools and clamps. Do not buy if you don't have someone to help you. This is a good cabinet once it is assembled. However, I used to repair furniture for a living and found this a fairly difficult task. If yo do buy it keep these things in mind. Fit pieces together before you glue them to be sure that predrilled holes line up. Mine did but I have seen reviews that claimed they didn't. You will more than the rubber mallet, glue, and a phillips screw driver. The back needs to be drilled or cut out to accommodate pipes if you are using this for a bathroom vanity. The doors also need to be drilled for the handles. The pieces come with angle brackets attached. I found it easier to remove the brackets and attach them to the opposite piece, insert the pieces together, and then reattach at the original location. The angle for the attaching the screws if you don't do it this way is very difficult and frustrating. Get strap clamps or furniture clamps even if you have to rent them. Glue does not adhere without pressure. I give it a 5 out of 5assembled and a 4 for degree of difficulty to assmblle

Hard To Put together by Manual.

Due To Weight the Cardboard Box was Busted all four Corners. Boards were Chipped. Protective Covers were Broken. The Manual not Clear. Easy to Put together Wrong. If you use Wrong Screews then Goes Through Laminets Cover. Had to Cut and File wood to Clear Bracket. Built As Shown But Question Drawing. I did not Return Same because I needed to use. I kept wondering if Was Used. It was Retaped.

Good quality

This is a good quality wood vanity. My husband and teenage daughter assembled it in about 30 minutes. You will need wood glue and a rubber mallet. This is a 31.5 inch highvanity which is shorter than the “new” American standard of 34 in tall. There were a few imperfections but we decided to keep it.

I don't normally write reviews, but this is one of the highest-quality products I have purchased from Amazon. The plywood core is straight and well made, and the facings are real birch. The hardware is excellent, with small touches such as heavy soft-close drawer glides. Assembly went pretty well, though I needed an extra pair of hands to hold the main panels after gluing. Be careful with the glue. You only need an 1/8th of an inch ribbon in the groove, and I recommend using a thick glue so it doesn't run down the side panels. The instructions could use improvement. Some of the drawings are too small to see detail, and in particular the designation of which screws to use is ambiguous.

Not Worth the Hassle – Poor Packaging, Inaccurate Dimensions, and No Support

I’m really not happy with this purchase. The experience has been frustrating from start to finish. The first vanity I received arrived damaged – the front panels on both sides were broken during shipping. I contacted Amazon and arranged for a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement unit ALSO arrived damaged in the exact same area, this time with damage to the left corner. Amazon offered a small credit to keep it, since the damage would be somewhat hidden once installed, but that’s really not the point. The packaging for this item is just terrible – both shipments were poorly packed, and it’s no surprise the same part of the unit was damaged both times. Rather than go through the return process again, I decided to try contacting the manufacturer to see if I could just get a replacement front panel. However, the phone number listed by Amazon and confirmed on the manufacturer's own website was disconnected. No support whatsoever. To make matters worse, the assembly instructions were awful. The manual labels all the parts, but the actual parts themselves are not marked at all – everything was randomly thrown into the box, making it a guessing game. Also, the listing states the vanity is 18"D x 36"W x 31.5"H, but that’s not true. The actual dimensions are closer to 21.5" or 22"D x 36"W x 31.5"H – which is a big problem if you’re trying to fit this into a tighter space. This is false advertising and needs to be corrected. Some parts had predrilled holes that made assembly easy, but other sections were missing them entirely. I had to force screws into the sides and drill through the front doors just to attach the knobs. It added a lot of unnecessary time and frustration to the build. On a positive note, the vanity itself is decent in terms of construction – solid wood, dovetail drawers – but the poor packaging, bad instructions, lack of support, and misleading product dimensions really ruin the experience. Would I recommend it? Absolutely not. Not unless you’re willing to deal with potential damage, difficult assembly, and a total lack of customer service.
