Works perfectly as my first ever pc I built myself. It has very nice LED lights that let you know if the system is working with different colors meaning a part is failing. The bios is one of the best I have seen and it was extremely easy to set up everything the way that I wanted, there is even a lot of automatic options for easy setup. The motherboard itself looks clean, temps are low with good heatsinks, the SSD heatsinks are very nice once you learn how to use them. I will also say that the manual is very informative at guiding you on anything that you will need. Some downsides is that the wifi driver does not come preinstalled so you need to have a existing wifi reciever already, or install the drivers onto a USB. The "armory crate" just seems like total bloatware I would personally boot the bios, set everything up, and turn off armory crate installs before installing windows. Other than those small issues the motherboard is great.

The ASUS ROG Strix B550-F Gaming WiFi II has been awesome in my build. Installation was simple thanks to the clean layout and easy-to-navigate BIOS. The board feels solid, runs super stable with my Ryzen setup, and the PCIe 4.0 support plus dual M.2 slots make everything load fast. WiFi 6 and the 2.5G Ethernet are also really smooth for gaming and streaming. Overall, it’s a high-quality, feature-packed motherboard that delivers exactly what you want in a mid-range gaming build. NOTICE: When installing the audio and network drivers, you may need to use the CD included since that is how the drivers were able to be successfully installed for those components. Downloading from the website did not work, and the CD installer will auto detect and mark what drivers are installed. Great motherboard particularly if you get it sub $90. It has BT 5+ and comes with WIFI6 chip and an antenna which works tremendous compared to my external Wifi 6 adapter. No USB-C and only one HDMI port along with older video ports, but the trade offs are that it comes with Bluetooth and Wifi 6. It does have PCIE4 x16 and (1)PCIE4 x4 m.2 along with a PCIE3 x4 m.2. Highly recommend it if you want a B550 chipset micro-atx board with built in bluetooth and wifi 6 modules.

Can't say enough about this product. I was very specific on my needs like bluetooth and WiFi and this had it all. Yes, it's not the latest tech as it is still PCIe 4.0 vs 5.0 that's all I needed: light gaming and a very strong workstation. Tried and true no crashing or hiccups. The Bios was the latest update so when I installed the CPU, Ryzen 7 5700g, it booted right up no updates needed. This fit the bill. The only catch is that once installed some drivers need updating like Bluetooth. I thought windows was strong enough to update but it wasn't however Ausu provided a cd that corrected the proper drivers and once done everything worked perfectly (luckily, I has an external cd player to use). Definitely recommended.

I chose this board for specific features, namely the 6 SATA ports. The first mobo would not work. It powered up, but there was no video ( using a discrete video card). After extensive troubleshooting, I had the board replaced by Amazon (thankfully an easy process). The second board has worked well. There are plenty of slots, and components are not cramped together. A good board for a budget build.

I updated my son's Cyberpower PC to Windows 11. Everything installed successfully, including all the updates. Then after a restart the display wouldn't come on. That Mobo was an MSI B450 Tomahawk and the LED's said VGA problem. Given the circumstance I couldn't believe it suddenly died. I tried numerous times resetting the CMOS, reseating the graphics card, reseating memory, even checked the power supply, etc. I ordered this ASUS Prime B450M-A II as an economic replacement. It arrived in 2 days and was packaged well. The price dropped 2 days after I ordered. The box has labels Windows 11 ready and Ryzen 5000 Series ready. The board comes with backplate, 2 SATA cables, a M2 screw for mounting, a driver disc and the manual. This ASUS mobo is laid out differently than the MSI. I like it better. The graphics card slot is moved over one space with the M2 slot out in the open. With this Mobo you can use a M2 with a heatsink attached. The MSI M2 slot was directly under a dual-slot graphics card. I like the BIOS flashback feature (located on the back) with this board. The BIOS is laid out well, very intuitive and easy to use. I have built several computers over the years with ASUS my go-to brand. This Mobo is a great full featured B450 motherboard for AM4 series CPU's. The BIOS is upgraded to accept Ryzen 5000 series CPU's. Simply put you're getting a great AM4 motherboard for a great price.

TBH, I picked this board mainly to pair with my Ryzen 5, and the build experience was better than expected. The biggest highlight has to be the integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. It saved me from the hassle of running cables at home; the signal is rock solid, and it saved me the cost of an extra network card—10/10, worth it! The BIOS is super user-friendly, allowing even a beginner builder to easily set up XMP. No cap. Tbh, the port selection is kinda basic, but it’s def sufficient for daily use. The PCIe 4.0 support gives me peace of mind for future SSD upgrades. If your priority is stability, ease of use, and a no-fuss setup, this M-ATX board is a top-tier value pick among B550s. Highly recommended for stable performance-seekers like me! Goated board.
