  • Not quite as advertised. But so far so good
Graphics Description: Integrated Capacity: 64GB eMMC Style: 14" FHD
I'll do my best to update this review as time goes on. 23 Aug 2022 -- Day 0 -- I just received the laptop. So far it's impressive for the price point. First thing I did was charge it up, start-up (don't connect to the internet if you want to bypass Microsofts mandatory account login) and immediately went to disable S mode. If you don't already know, S-Mode means you can ONLY install Microsoft apps from their app store. Nope. Gone. That's when I noticed the first issue. The title of the laptop I purchased was "ASUS L410 MA-DB02 Ultra Thin Laptop, 14” FHD Display, Intel Celeron N4020 Processor, 4GB RAM, 64GB Storage, NumberPad, Windows 10 Home in S Mode, Star Black" The laptop I received has Windows 11 S-mode installed. Thankfully my applications installed correctly. I'll do my best to not turn this into a Microsoft/Windows rant - but yes, things are different from 10. Another thing to note. The description on the Amazon website (and even the photos) say this laptop comes with a backlit keyboard, which was a huge selling point for me given the use I had planned for it. Taken right from the description "L410 comes with a backlit keyboard." This laptop does NOT have a backlit keyboard. The key F7 is blank. Pressing it does nothing, even w/ the Function Key + F7. Bummer. Otherwise, seems like a legit laptop so far. I'll update if anything changes. ... show more

  • lightweight to take everywhere!
Graphics Description: Integrated Capacity: 64GB eMMC Style: 14" FHD
This laptop has met all my expectations that I had when I bought it, it was sent to me very punctually and in perfect condition and packaging. It is what I needed for my studies, educational work, video conferences, web browsing, what I like the most about it is how light and thin it is! I can carry it in my bag, backpack without the weight of it causing me any pain. The monitor has very good image quality, I am very satisfied with this purchase, the price is very competitive and it is of excellent quality, the only thing I did not like is the battery life, but in general it is a good and useful piece of equipment for my needs. ... show more

For the price I have had no problems with this laptop. It’s easy to use. The battery life is surprisingly good. Camera works well, give you a long cord, which is good

  • Luck of the Draw. You may not get what you order.
Graphics Description: Integrated Capacity: 64GB eMMC Style: 14" FHD
I received my/ laptop and its worked great so far. I did not get the backlit board but considering I really work at night with my kids sleeping int he same room I rely on that for some extra lighting. I had to buy additional glow in the dark stickers. I have had this for two months now. It slows down too much if I have more than two tabs open within the chrome browser. forget it if I have a PDF file to view and have work open along with my email. the cursor becomes distorted aswell. The pad with numbers is a great feature in my opining however my/ hand placement often activates the numbers and I have to turn it off. However, I did not mind the extra. This week though I found IT DID NOT COME WITH A CAMERA!!! I was trying to get on a zoom meeting and its impossible for me to join with my camera. I now have to go buy a camera. I did not expect this to be a sort of fancy replacement for my desk top but if i am on the move and need to get on a meeting I would at least like to have some sort of camera. I mean even my kids tablet has a camera and yes I did try trouble shooting to see if it was just some mistake. All in all I did not get the backlit keyboard, had to get buy extra lighting due to it, slows down too much too often, and I did not get a camera. so buyer beware what you might get and have to buy extra to make up for it.50 ... show more

This was purchased for a bedridden individual who may not be able to get to his computer for some time. He was able to download everything and use it right away. He is still learning Windows 11 which came with it instead of Windows 10, but he seems to be doing fine and is happy.
