This product is great easy and looks good to but one the fans was bad as soon as i got it would like to get it replaced but can't find one exactly like it would be nice if i could get ahold of the manufacturer to fix this.

So this was my first time going with an AIO. My build is all Asus ROG so I went with there best cooler. It was very easy to install had no problems with it all. Performance has been great keeps my Intel CPU nice and cool. Totally recommend!

Pretty good cooler. However if you set the OLED screen to static image or Hardware Information mode (cpu temp, clock, etc) it will blink every three seconds. I purchased this product for a SFF build I am doing. The product I am sure is great, I love asus rog products. I did some pretty extensive searching and most of the customers who have bought the Asus AIO setups were pretty happy. I purchased this one because of the fan in the cpu block, as my small form factor case is obviously challenged for cooling. Especially with a 3900x Ryzen CPU. Believing I had the product I needed, I puchased it and went about my day. Then I realized that i had forgotten to look at the specs for the CPU water block, as it had been a defining factor and had reduced my ability to buy just any AIO set up. To my dismay I realized that my case has 66 mm of space, and this cpu cooler is 70 mm tall. NOT GOING TO WORK. No problem, Ill just cancel the order. Nope. Even though the Cooler did not ship for an entire DAY later, I was unable to canel the order. How is this a thing? This has happened to me on multiple occasions, but this time i will have to eat the shipping cost TWICE. The entire cost of shipping will be 1/4 (54$) of the coolers price (206).I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Led screen not working with armory crate, it looks like it is on going issue with asus. Rgb won't sync with armory crate software
