I bought an i9-13900k and realized I needed liquid cooling to cool it properly. I picked the Kraken because of NZXT’s stellar reputation and quality build, and all-in-one is an attractive proposition. The CPU runs consistently at 90-100 degrees, idling, peaking around 110F degrees while gaming, running Cinebench multicore benchmark results at 193F degrees. ... show more

Bought it for my i9 12900k. And used Noctua most expensive thermal paste. Cinebench R23 multicore test 10 minutes and max temperature was 35C. (My room temperature was around 27-28C) .With this cooler I could overclock for higher frequencies even.

Nzxt does not stand by their product. I bought a $3,000 bld 5 months ago, my t force ram sticks were bad after 2 months. I sent the ram back , and they sent new sticks. Again. .. They work for a couple months, now, nothing works. All lights came back on(dram, cpu on mother oard), nothing showing on the monitor... 1 ram works, the other doesn't. I called AGAIN and told them the SAME thing is happening and told me they'll send new sticks. What?!?? Are you kidding me???? I then asked if I can send this whole pile of garbage back and get my money back. He said my warranty is gone. 5 months?!?!? This is a joke. I'll warn every friend, family member and co worker about nzxts horrible bogus buisness practices. A 100% rip off company. DONT buy from these guys! Your computer already doesn't work!!     • No Controller included, No pump header
I watched severak install videos before buying this. They all showed a controller box that would alloow your to customize some of the functions of this cooler. This particular model DOES NOT have that controller, despite its top of the line price. Compliments to the Corsair 7000D Airflow case more than this for the relative easy install. Further, the cable coming out of the cooler head only had the CPU Fan cable, not the pump cable (yes it had the USB cable). Tempted to sdend the item back. The screen will freeze randomly and I have to restart the PC to make it work again.
