The media could not be loaded. The laptop just delivered today so i can’t share an opinion of the battery life yet. I worked on an assignment on word and the keyboard was really nicee. The brightness of the keyboard and screen is great, the sound is similar to my macbook imo. The price of this laptop for the price is awesome bc i’ve had a $200 hp and a $800 macbook and honestly i prefer this one for the work i do and other uses. This laptop is just so big like i’m not used to the wide screen and keyboard 😭 but i like it. As i mentioned i had a macbook and overall the size of it just wasn’t the best and on the other hand i have a smaller hp streaming laptop that is really laggy so i’m just really happy with this asus laptop! ... show more

This is the worst laptop I've ever bought, DO NOT PURCHASE IT! I don't know if the ever reviewers got a different laptop but it's so slow it's unusable! I used to be an ASUS Laptop fan, because I had great previous products with them. This one is so slow it's unusable. You CANNOT have two programs open at the same time. You CANNOT have 5 tabs open at the same time. It's that bad, it will glitch out while I'm listening to music so much so that the music makes a horrible sound. It genuinely unusable. I made the mistake of following the other reviews that said "it gets better when you remove Microsoft S" and "it gets faster when you get through all the updates." I should not have relied on those reviews because I went past my return date because I just had to get through "one more update" then it would be fast. IT NEVER WORKED. IT HAS ALWAYS IMPOSSIBLY SLOW! DO NOT TRUST REVIEWS ABOUT UPDATES! RUNAWAY FROM THIS COMPUTER AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM AMAZON COSTUMER SERVICE HELL! I have reached out to Amazon 4 times about this issue and 4 times they tell me they were going to give me a refund and 4 times there is nothing. I used to think Amazon Costumer service was good but now Ive realized it's just as poor as the rest and full of empty promises to get you off the chat.     • Needs adjusting to run fast

I bought this laptop PC as a secondary laptop due to the low price. It has a 15.6 in. monitor with a matte display. I had an ASUS PC before and ASUS laptops are definitely high quality. You will definitely need to make some adjustments to make this laptop to run at an acceptable normal speed: 1. Go to the Microsoft store to permanently disable the Windows S-Mode 2. Search Google Chrome on how to speed up Windows 11. After doing so this PC runs fairly fast. Note: I had difficulty setting my Microsoft profile due to the fact that Microsoft would not promptly send me a required code to my email; Microsoft was very slow and I did not receive the code until the following day. Don't fault ASUS, fault Microsoft regarding this. I would recommend this laptop to anyone that wants do basic stuff like surfing the internet and/or using Office or 365. ... show more
