This is easily the best cup I own. I use it constantly, especially at the beach, pool, and lake, and it keeps drinks cold for an absurd amount of time. The insulation is the real selling point. I left it sitting on my counter with nothing but ice in it, and there was still ice in the cup the next afternoon. That’s not “kind of works” territory. That’s ridiculous in the best way. It’s also just a great size. Big enough that I’m not constantly refilling it, but still easy to carry around and use on the go. The MagSlider lid is convenient, the cup feels sturdy, and it has held up well so far. It’s not the cheapest tumbler, but after using it, I get the hype. The Build & Insulation As expected from YETI, the build quality is top-tier. The 18/8 stainless steel construction feels substantial in the hand and is puncture- and rust-resistant. The double-wall vacuum insulation performs exactly as advertised: Heat Retention: Keeps coffee piping hot for hours, even in freezing temperatures. Cold Retention: Holds ice remarkably well, making it perfect for long summer days. No Sweat Design: The exterior remains dry and easy to grip, regardless of the internal temperature. The MagSlider Lid is a standout feature. While it isn’t 100% leak-proof (don't toss it upside down in a backpack), the magnetic sliding mechanism is incredibly smooth and makes cleaning a breeze since the magnet pops right off. The "20 oz" Catch Here is the most important takeaway for daily use: this is functionally a 16 oz tumbler for transportation. While the vessel itself technically holds 20 ounces of liquid when filled to the absolute brim, that measurement does not account for the displacement of the lid.
